Staff at Safa Jewelers are very friendly and helpful. They were able to special order the particular item I was looking for and it arrived much sooner than they initially anticipated. Being able to communicate with them via text is also extremely efficient

I’m not looking to get employees in trouble, personally hoping this can help in training. The watch selection this store has is one of the best in the area. Every time I’ve gone to the store and one of the owners were there, I’ve gotten incredible service. The 2 times I showed up and the owners were not, the people working there look completely bored and uninterested. It’s the second time I arrived there where I wasn’t acknowledged, just an empty store with 2 people 1 not getting out of their seat, the other not saying a word standing still behind the display. it actually made me slightly uncomfortable. I am a watch collector, and when I go to watch stores looking around talking to salespeople that want to make money, I tend to be introduced to some great watches, and even if I’m not buying that day, once the research is done, and I’m sold on the watch, I’m usually back and buying from that store. I’ve been in sales and service for over 30 years. My suggestion is talk! Strike up a conversation, simply ask me if I’m looking for anything in particular, ask me if there is anything I’d like to see. Silence in an empty store is not a good impression.

Michael Kors sent me here because they could not adjust my watch.For 2 minutes of work the man demanded I TIP him “At least $10”, AFTER the work was completed, not before.As someone who works in customer service, I found this to be extremely unprofessional.
