I visited this location in Edison today to return and get a new pair of boots. The salesperson was very unprofessional. She showed no patience with me and with every question I asked her, she became more disgusted. She showed no willingness to help me. Overall, very unprofessional.

Binal was very helpful to select right work shoes. This was my second visit and when I visited first time was very awful because the guy who was working there was so rude and this time the situation turned completely opposite and I had a great experience to choose the right shoes with the help of binal.

I don't shop for shoes very often, but I needed to replace my well-used work boots for the machine shop i work at. Binal was extremely helpful and nice. She directed me quickly to the types of shoes I was looking for, and she answered all of my questions about good fit and what to try. If I need more safety shoes or work boots, I'll be going again for sure. Thanks again Binal!

If I could give zero stars, I would I drove all the way here for them to just be close 45 minutes earlier, then I called a head of time to ensure it would be open for it to be close again for a lunch break which the sales associate came back late from.
