Please please please don't go here. I went yesterday and my one eye brows is almost completely gone. And a bunch of bald spots everywhere. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went. I'm so upset.. I have 3 bald spots in one eye brow..this place is the worst. Please if you want to keep your eyebrows don't go here..on top of the being rude and untrained she had the worst breath Imaginable. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

I’ve had my upper lip burnt several times from their hot wax, and my eyebrows never come out how I ask. I stopped coming for awhile and returned hoping this time would be different and it was not.

Amazing experience. I made an appointment the day of and they were accommodating and so nice. Rashmi did my cut, blow dry, eyebrows and upper lip. She did such a great job because i came in with "i don't know what i want but i want change" and she did a FABULOUS job. The place was clean, and quiet. Very relaxing after a night off work. I'm so happy with my results. This was in South Plainfield location :)

Such a pleasant experience! She did a great job on full body waxing,It was painless,quick & left no spot behind ! The staff is very friendly, it’s clean with fair prices, and it’s by far the best service . Definitely Roma Salon deserve 5 star 💫❣️

I was charged $90 for a substandard facial (they used a product from India). The salon only had me as the client at the time of service and yet it was so noisy. They had a non stop video playing on the TV screen which was loud enough, and to add to that the three women at the counter were chatting loudly. Could not rest a single minute during my facial. The person giving me the facial had bad breath to add the cherry on top! Avoid this unprofessional place.

Should have listened to all the bad reviews this place has.. went in for simple brow waxing, I specifically told her just a cleaning and she left me with horrible skinny eyebrows.. never again

They do a good job. I went to the one in edison route 1. But their customer service is terrible. They are always gossiping and not really paying attention. I had a girl who didn't really care about her service today. I did tip but she really didn't care.

Went here about a year ago and still have not recovered from the damage they did to my hair. I originally spotted this location from Groupon, but the lady told me the coupon was not able to be used for my hair. I still made the appointment for highlights. I arrived at my appointment a few minutes before the appointment time and still had to wait for someone to look at my hair. The lady we were waiting for finally arrived about half hour later and went through my hair and told me what the salon can do for me. She was kind, went through the process with me, and told me the estimate. Then she instructed another lady on what to do to my hair. After that, she was gone. The lady who was assigned to do my hair seemed like she did not know what she was doing... but I was trying to trust the process. I also presented them a picture, told me she can do it, and my hair came out totally different. She also cut my hair due to my split ends but she cut so much of it... I instantly wanted to cry. The highlights came out horribly. In the end, she curled my hair to hide how horrible the ends came out. I had streaks of red and yellow. Granted, I went in with brassy hair, but I was not expecting to come out with the about the same outcome. Another lady that I also spoke while I was waiting saw me at the front desk and I could tell by her face that she knew they messed my hair up and she knew it did not come out the way I wanted it to. I was embarrased. I went in with medium to long hair, and left the salon with shoulder length hair. Despite all that, I gave the lady who did my hair a generous tip and she was still a little standoffish.. she said "thank you" with no smile or anything...She walked away. Here I am a year later. They have ruined my experience with salons. My hair has been slowly growing. I am sure they are good people, but they need more experienced people doing hair. If you love your hair, make sure you do your research and find the right place. My mistake was going to a salon where they are not experienced in highlighting, just basic haircuts and eyebrow threading. Best of luck.

Disgusting place,felt very unsanitary, employees here need to stop talking so much while doing customers eye brows, and focus on work! I came here to get eyebrow threading and my eyebrows look uneven, and i found out they overcharged me by taking an additional $1 tip without even asking me, completely disgusting.i’ll look elsewhere to get brows done from now on, very annoying, unprofessional, employees, i have been a customer for over ONE YEAR and a half, i know eyebrow threading is only$5 with cash, and the employees even said it themselves when i called, so why take $7, when i was paying with cash? I didnt even have to tip $1 after such awful service but i did anyways. Have some dignity.Want more tips? Then give good service instead of being dishonest
