Ray and the entire Reydel team were excellent! A family dealership that made us feel valued and appreciated. We didn’t feel like hostages like some dealerships make you feel. The entire process was smooth and efficient. No pressure or stress, which is important to me. Santiago handled the finance quickly and made us feel very comfortable in explaining everything. I highly recommend Reydel VW!

I never thought i'd write a review for a car dealership, but honestly- truly one of the best days I've spent buying something!
This was my first car purchase and Benny was able to talk me through everything and make it super easy and understandable.
I also found a car right away and they detailed, cleaned, checked it all up for me. Everything was so thorough and no question was left unanswered.
After the plates were delivered, Benny still helped us just to extra make sure everything was perfect and great.
I wish I could buy 500 cars from Benny !!!
Definitely the highlight of my month and so so so grateful to have worked with him on my first big purchase.

We had an amazing experience at VW Reydel of Edison. Our intentions for the day were to check out dealerships and see what cars stood out and who offered the best deals.
First dealership we checked out was, VW Reydel of Edison and it was an amazing experience. We were welcomed by the amazing staff and had a good conversation with Moe. In the conversation, we told Moe it’s our first time buying a car and VW was one of the many dealerships we were gonna visit for the day. Moe understood and was still helpful. Moe was helpful, friendly, funny and very informative about each car and asked questions like what are we looking for, what features, etc. We wanted something AWD and something not too small or not too big. He recommended the Tiguan and it was the right size and space we wanted. He showed us all the Tiguans in stock and broke down the difference between each trim.
After checking the Tiguans out, it was something we were looking for but our options were still open. We asked him for the numbers but, before he even talked to the finance department, he told us the rebates they offer, and they offered a “College Graduate Rebate.” Luckily my girlfriend just graduated and she qualified for the rebate. Receiving the numbers with the college rebate, we were approached by Nav the finance manager and he was very informative and understanding it was my girlfriend’s first car. It was an amazing deal they gave us, but they understood our options were open. Before we left, we exchange contact information with Moe and Nav.
Checking out other dealerships, we didn’t get the same energy. The sales people seemed like they didn’t want to help us and didn’t seem motivated to sell a car. One dealership, there were workers in a golf kart driving around the parking lot and saw us looking at their inventory and didn’t want to approach us. Looking at the competitors of the Tiguan, they were way more expensive and didn’t have the features we wanted it. After walking around the lot for 30 minutes and the people in the golf cart driving around every 5 minutes, we were never approached.
Two or three days pass by and I receive a call from Moe to follow up if we made a decision. We made up our mind and decided to get the Tiguan R Line and we were gonna come by later on in the week.
The day we picked the car up, everything went smoothly. Nav and Moe gave us an amazing deal and made sure to hold the car for us. Process took long due to the credit and they even stayed after closing to make sure everything went smoothly and broke down the features of the car!
Big shoutout to Moe and Nav for everything and the amazing staff that helped but, also greeted us with warm welcomes! Will recommend anyone to VW Reydel of Edison!

Talal was very professional and made the entire car buying experience smooth. There were some technical hiccups during the process but Talal kept me updated on the progress which was nice. He was very responsive after the purchase as well which shows the character.

After being in three other car dealership, Hyundai, Kia, and Checy, and not being satisfied with their service, I found Mt perfect match with Volkswagen dealership. The professionalism of the dealer was amazing. Carlos, went above and beyond to comply with all my needs. I an super satisfied with his service and the whole team at Volkswagen in Edison. 1st. I'm not one to leave reviews
2nd. DEFINITELY not for my car buying experience.!
However, I have to say I met this Gentleman.(Gurjit) -hope I got that right.
I don't want to say salesman.. bc he was completely different than any other I have dealt with in the past. And in my 30 plus years of buying cars, this guy nailed it. He admitted he was new at the business, but he held himself high and you can tell he put effort into learning the vehicles he is selling.
I can't say much else .. Gurjit is your guy.
He has personality and no bs.
Ps. I am not a friend that posted on his behalf..

I came in to get a service on my lease…I came out in another lease. The guys at Reydel are great and they make you feel like the valued customer they say unlike some other dealers. Reydel is very much you get what you get, no haggle. But they do work with you on getting the best options available to you. I wouldn’t bring my business anywhere else when it comes to Volkswagens. I’ll be back!
