I've used Reliance for the majority of my private label supplement needs for almost two decades. I've found their formulas to be extremely well researched and general turn around time on shipping my orders is good. A shining star to my experience is my relationship with my representative, Allison McGoldrick. She's responsive, fixes any problems that I need help with, and is very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company to business who wishes to have a product line with their own label on it.

I love Reliance for our private label supplements. Knowing that we get our branding in customers’ homes, keeping us in the forefront of their minds, and never having to sacrifice quality to make that happen is a no brainer for my business. This company has a sales process which I have never seen before. As a customer you need leave your name, phone number, email to a general mailbox, then Shannon will call you in 2 business days. When you call back, operator tells you that this is our process, take it or leave it! If they have no sense of urgency to sell something, I can not imagine how much time it will take to get things done with them.

Originally - we had issues getting in touch with their team due to some system changes. Once we did finally get in touch their business manager was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, sent us all the requested info and guided us further through what she thought we would need. Sent samples quickly for review. All in all a very convenient and top notch experience.

I was hesitant to carry private label in my stores because I thought I would have to sacrifice quality. I didn't want to sell products with my name on them knowing they were inferior. That all changed when I found Reliance, thanks to some great industry friends! Now my private label items are the highest quality in my stores, at a great price, and with my own personal labels. On top of that, my Reliance sales rep is a rock star!! She's in my store every month making sure we are successful. Thank you!!!

I own Health Haven in New Jersey and have been dealing with Reliance Vitamin Company since I opened in 1982....WOW! 38 years! I definitely would not be as successful without a great quality private label. I get such great feedback on all the Support formulas, and the Fem Support, is by far, my best selling product in the whole store. As a small store, my customers let me know what works and doesn't work, and my Reliance private label has given me the confidence to sell a line that gets results! Although returns are few, I appreciate that Reliance stands behind their product and has a no hassle returns policy. My sales rep Bill Palat keeps me informed on new products, but more, has helped me understand my market, and given me invaluable suggestions over the last 30 plus years of ups and downs of the economy. And now, with the restrictions here in New Jersey, his help, guidance and suggestions have been invaluable. During this pandemic, when more people are ordering online, my customers' loyalty to my private label as kept me 'afloat'. My motto has been "Solutions over Sales, People over Profits". My longevity is in part, due to my partnership with Reliance, a company that thinks the same way.

Bunn's Natural Foods has been using Reliance as our private label brand for 40 years. This shows the level of quality and integrity of Reliance as our premium private label supplier. it is our number one seller in supplements. Their use of trademark nutrients are extremely helpful when explaining our private label to customers.They adjust to the ebbs and flows of the industry.Staff trainings are offered as helpful tools.As the store buyer for Reliance at Bunn's for 25 years, their customer service has always been an extremely positive experience. Our outside rep, Bill Palat, handles our account with enthusiasm and professionalism. Thank you Reliance! They made launching my own private label line easy. The sales team was very responsive and walked me through the entire process. I now have over 100 products on my shelves with my own beautiful personal labels. I spoke to at least 10 private label companies before deciding on Reliance. I ultimately chose Reliance based on quality and product options. I'm glad I did. Their great service was a bonus! I'm looking forward to having over 150 Reliance private label items in my store soon. I highly recommend Reliance if you are interested in private label supplements.

So far a little concerned about this company. Tried to contact them several times this morning after 8 o'clock. The phone message said the offices are currently closed, but their hours are supposedly 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. It is currently just before 9 o'clock on a Tuesday.
