Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. I scheduled a lease return on Thursday June 22nd at 11:30, and specifically informed the front desk that my husband would be returning the vehicle on my behalf.He’s met with attitude and a liar at the front desk named Reveca Rivera, stating we didn’t have an appointment.Finally met with the second rude useless person of the day, sales woman by the name of Allyson Gutman. She was more upset about us not having an appointment then actually doing her job. When in fact we did have an appointment, it’s not like they were busy. My husband and I were on the fence on renewing the lease, instead of actually doing her job in getting a new deal, she decided to be a useless human being. Do yourself a favor, go to Benzel and Busch in Englewood if you’re looking to buy or lease a luxury brand.

This is my second trip to ray Catena, I see no need to go else where. As always I am expecting luxury, and excellent customer care and they do not disappoint. Tom Cola is very exceptional and of course experienced, I am always pleased when I am asked what do I need? This sets the in motion the tone for my needs as a customer to be satisfied. All questions are answered promptly and the communication lines are always open. Thank you.

Had a pre-purchase inspection done at Ray Catena. My service advisor Sean W. Went above and beyond, with both honesty, and professional follow up. Sean was a pleasure to deal with. If I do purchase this vehicle, his level of service would make me want to have him handle any repairs I decide to have done on my new vehicle. An excellent experience and much appreciated. Highly recommended

I leased Audi last week of May 2022. Begin of the October someone hit my car, that was parked on the street at the front of my house. 3.5 months later my auto body shop still waiting for the rest of the parts to repair the car. I'm paying lease and renting the car Any insurance carrier pays only between 30-60 days for rental car. I have BMW's and Mercedes's and I never had any issues with parts. Stay away from Audi, this is my first and last Audi!

Reached out with some interest on a panamera received reply from M Martinelli. After a brief exchange and explaining that I've purchased several cars from Ray Catena Mr. Marinelli dropped the ball and failed to reply to my requests?NOT the Ray Catena experience that I've grown accustomed to.

Jack Goldberg is the best and got me the best deal on my new Mercedes! I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I called Ray Catena and was able to find the best deal possible with the lowest monthly payment possible. Jack gave me additional 100 miles for free to make up for the travel time. I am so happy with his service and will definitely refer him to friends and colleagues! Also his associate Sean was fantastic as well Showing me allThe cool features of the new car! Great job!!!

Tom Cola is an absolute professional. He sits at the front of the store, because he is number 1 and always working. He made our experience at Ray Catena even better that what it would be without his help. He made us feel welcome and while we wanted something very specific, he worked really hard to get exactly what we wanted. There is a reason he has all 5 stars. He is that good. Ask for him by name.

Ray Catena is the best run dealership I have ever been in and Tom Cola is the best salesperson who has ever helped me with the "ownership" experience. Everyone there is very professional and well trained. I received a very through explanation of the workings of all the electronics and other features of the GLE I purchased. I am now a loyal customer of Ray Catena and Tom Cola for life.
