I have my Car seating at the service center from past two weeks from now. When I called Omar he says he see cars wating to be checked here for six weeks and don't know when my car will get fixed and will try to get loanar car for me sometimes this week. This is not the type of service we expect from Brand name like Mercedes.

Thieves. Do not use them. Brought my F Pace in for a small repair. They had the car 4 plus days (!) with no loaner before diagnosing the problem. It was a relatively small repair - total of about $450. However, they found "other" repair issues that were "necessary" that totaled another $9,000!!!!! AND they tried to sell me TIRES --even though my tires were perfectly fine, recently replaced and not old or worn at all. They pushed me hard to make the other repairs stressing that they were a "safety" issue. They were shocked when I refused all work and decided to get even the small repair job performed with a more reasonable (and honest) service provider. They even told me I should "tow" the car out of the dealership in order to take one last shot at scaring me into performing the repairs. Since declining the work they recommended, the car has been running fine - no issues - and I am having the small repair performed by someone I trust. It's a shame that service/maintenance has become a profit center for dealerships.

Great service. I must say this is one of the best MB locations I've been to in a long time. I was greeted and offered a beverage while I waited for the sales manager. The best transaction I've done with a Mercedes location. The sales manager really offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. I am really happy with my overall experience at this location. Really honest and concise. There's no red tape when you shop at the dealer. One thing about shopping through a direct dealer is there's no red tape. You are financed or leased through MBUSA. No shady practices after you sign the deal. This is my 4th Benz and I'd say in my opinion the worst location is Brooklyn. Sorry not sorry.

Rebecca at the front desk is quite rude for a receptionist at a car dealer, who are typically very friendly. You'd think when potential customers come in you're greeted with kindness rather than "you don't have an appointment? Uh we'll do you even know what car you want so we can see if we even have it?" We just said we wanted to browse, we didn't ask to be helped by an associate. It was as if we came over to her house uninvited. Half the dealership is under construction, long and narrow with a small showroom with a tiny inventory. Fortunately there are dozens of MB dealers in the area, would rather drive a bit longer than deal with such rude people...

I wouldn't do business with this dealership. I have bought cars from them for 7 plus years. They don't honor your spot for the list and move people around at will for my precious g wagon. I ordered a gls 580 and the sales man didn't even call me back for a week or two only to tell me it had be canceled. I then placed a deposit on a s580. The car came last week and I was told on multiple times it was for sticker. When financing went to MBFS they added another 8-10 grand on top which was never agreed upon. They show no loyalty to previous customers and just shocked they added ten grand on top without telling us before they ran our credit. Will never do business with a shady dealership like this.

First of all our salesman Joe S., was an old retired guy who does not know how to talk to people. He mansplained to my wife, was rude and condescending. After we decided to not buy the car, he held us hostage for 10 minutes as to why, then he called his manager over who held us hostage for another 20 minutes. Let me give you a clue, since you don't seem to have one. THIS IS NOT 1960! If I don't want the goddamn car, let us go. I'd never go here again, and had a MUCH better experience at Circle BMW.

Terribly expensive. Wasted an hour waiting for nothing. They charge $186/hr for labor. Quoted 3k for a simple electrical issue. Never visiting again.

I ordered an ABS pump for my 2010 GLK on November 15, 2021. At the time I was promised that the part will arrive in two weeks. However, by December 1, the part has not arrived. I asked the manager for an eta, and it was said that the part will arrive in March, and to check back again in two weeks. I called back again the first week of January, and was told that it was indefinite when the part will arrive. I called again today to ask to speak to Tom, the manager, left a voicemail middle of the day, but when I called again at 4:45pm I was told that he left for the day without calling me back. Is this thinking that nothing is more important than the customer as advertised? I am beyond frustrated as my car has been inoperable for the past three months. Holding out hope that they can redeem themselves!

Chris Russo and Ray Catena Edison are clueless. They claim they are listing new car prices on their site as "MSRP" but have no disclaimer stating that anywhere (See link below) In fact, they have a tool for you to provide all of your information to complete the sale of the car (which I did), and then they pull the old 'bait and switch', pass you around to a couple of people and then come back and say, oh, the up charge is $10k now. I'd give zero stars if possible - I've let Mercedes US know they need to educate their dealers to not act like snake oil salespeople. Embarrassing for a supposed luxury brand. No surprise to land here and see their current rating - I expect it will keep falling.

Definitely one of the best dealerships in the NJ area. Michael Landani is a top notch service rep. He was very entertaining with some nice 80s trivia while he did the paperwork. Got a shuttle car to drop me off and had my car ready in a few hours. Give this man a raise.

I would give this place no stars if possible. I want to share my experience with future customers. Ray catena of edison has given the utmost poor service since I have visited them a few times. I went there twice now for a flat tire. They promise a 1 year warranty on their tires. However, I had my car tires changed by them in 2/2021 and now I have another flat on the same tire they changed. It has not even been an entire year and the tire has given up. When I called to get this tire fixed, the answer that was given to me was that they will not repair the tire for another 2-3 weeks because they are appointments are full and they can not accommodate at all. The main reason for this response is because I didn't buy the car from them and they do not want to help with this issue in a timely fashion. Per their policy, this tire has a 1 year warranty. However, I need to explore other facilities because they do not want to honor their commitment. I will never buy a car from ray catena or yet alone ever get my car serviced. I will email better business bureau for there faulty practices and false advertisement. A flat tire should be treated as an emergency and for them to offer me no solution and to tell me "just deal with it" is unacceptable. I want a refund for their faulty tire so I can get my car fixed elsewhere. I would advise others to be wary of buying a car here or any future services. Recommend to try other Mercedes location besides ray catena. The others who have written any positive reviews are most likely paid to do so because this place is awful!

We made an appointment with Yelena Schlager who greatly helped our first purchase with Ray Catena turn out very pleasant. She was knowledgeable and was able to help us navigate what vehicle would suit our needs. After the purchase she showed me the general operations of the vehicle and made sure to let us know she's a phone call away if we have any questions. Having been to this dealership for the first time I found the employees to be welcoming and courteous. I was also very surprised three days later when Yelena called just to see how the car was functioning and to ask if I was still excited with my purchase. Special thanks to her for making the experience comfortable and easy. I look forward to the time to make our next purchase with her.

I brought my car in due to a recall a programing service that takes about 45 mins. After 6 hours the Mike the advisor calls to tell me the updates can't be done due to issues with the system and that he needed to keep the car over night when I heard that I wasn't comfortable leaving my car because of my previous experience with my previous Jaguar I serviced there (1 day turned in to a week after using different excuses "it will definitely be ready tomorrow"). I tried to reschedule with TJ but after he told me he has clients who have that cars left for 5 days due to computer issues made me realize it's better to go elsewhere. I brought 2 Jags from Ray Catena the sales aspect of it was great experience and even the brand and the car is flawless just wish I could of said that about the Service department.
