Today when I brought my two young daughters for a blood test, I made a point of asking Sharia to carry out the test.
I loved all her care with my daughters.
She is super careful, patient and had no trouble finding the veins in my daughters' arms.
I would highly recommend Sharia!!

This place honestly rocks!! I'm a very hard marker, so these hard scores are definitely deserved. The check-in process, staff professionalism, and friendliness are superb! Plus, there's a Manhattan Bagel next door. Win, Win!

People that work there are great, but the appointment kiosk don't work. I made appt online got there n no appt. Happened to my wife also than today it happened again no appt. Thank God I had email confirmation. So if you go there make sure you have your email confirmation.

things run smoothly here. appointments are almost always on time or earlier. staff members are friendly and helpful. the bathrooms are clean (an important consideration).

Sharia was exceptionally helpful and caring during my lab work. She helped me get my referring physicians office to send the correct lab order over to Quest (and took extra time out of her busy schedule to call my doctors office multiple times), and then did the blood work quickly and efficiently. I needed the results for a CT scan the same day, and she made sure that this happened for me, so I could attend my scan. Hugely thankful to her for helping me every step of the way.

From scheduling my appt online, to the ease of checking in, the friendly staff and efficiency. I was very impressed with this lab. My scheduled appt was at 7:40am. I checked in at 7:35ish and my blood draw was completed and I was walking back to my car by 7:45am. My phlebotomist was friendly. Overall a very positive appointment.

I had a blood work done yesterday. Today, I noticed the area of my hand where the blood was drawn. My skin has bruises. This never happened in past. The nurse who drawn my blood was very multi tasking. I suggest her to slow down and do things one at a time. Stop ? using all hands with multiple things on your hands and shake the needle while it’s inserted to vein.

Brought my 18 month old to get labs done and was greeted by Sharia. She was so gentle and great; walked us through the process, was kind and patient with us. All in all, no tears shed! So happy

The TV in the waiting lounge is loud. The staff exhibited no courtesy of softening the TV volume when brought to their attention. Quest needs to do better maintain their facilities. Patients need quite and peaceful waiting area.

I booked the same-day appointment online and I walked in five minutes early and was out within 10 minutes. Amazing service friendly staff nurse found my veins on the first try which is normally nearly impossible.
