I have been with them for 5 years and have had nothing but a great expierence with tattiana mcquire and her office staff they are understanding and always willing to help. I have never had any issues with hr dept or owners. I would reccomend premier for any one looking for a phlebotomy position who enjoys being on the road. I love the traveling the fact that i am not in a building for a shift is great.

Best mobile phlebotomist services. They always make me feel secure and cared for. They always try their best to accomodate my needs when it comes to getting my bloodwork done. The people at the office are always so sweet and helping me.

If I could give zero stars I would! Scammers! These people set up shop in my primary doctor’s office. They didn’t ask for my insurance or let me know that they do not accept my insurance!!! I am at a routine doctor appointment.. this doctor is my primary doctor who accepts my insurance, how am I supposed to know that this lab doesn’t also accept insurance for routine blood work?! Is this a joke or what? Unacceptable and completely unethical!!! The doctor also lost me as a patient!!!!

The place is a joke. Still can’t figure out if it’s about insurance fraud or just incompetence. Extremely rude staff. Record every phone conversation with them to cover yourself. If anyone has the contact information for owner, please share.

I can’t wrap my head around the fact that I deal with this office on a weekly basis and they still can’t get it together. And by IT, I mean everything. On multiple occasions I’ve had results lost in transit to the requesting doctors office, they have also made note that they’ve called me when they did not, they often give me the run around and blame it on me. There must be some type of disconnect or miscommunication between the scheduling department and the workers that input information into their systems. I work in healthcare and I can’t understand how this has gone on for over a year of me dealing with premier and there has been no means of correction. It’s funny to me, because if I did this at work, I would be fired. I’m not wishing that in anyone, but it makes me extremely unpleased to have call back after call back in the same day telling me the same thing and then I have to explain what happened in the previous phone call and the person who called me tells me they have no idea what I’m talking about. All I have to say is, make sure you get names of the people you talk to, because if you don’t...nothing will be accomplished and you’ll get absolutely no where with your lab results.****EDIT TO ADD: Jennifer from customer service reached out to me about the concerns expressed and I appreciated the sentiment/apology. Although I am frustrated with certain communication issues, which is also in part the home care agency’s fault. I feel that if the disconnect between each department is remedied, that premier is a decent company to work in conjunction with for (in my experience) home care. The lab techs are usually on point with their ability to draw from difficult patients and I assume that my original concerns will hopefully be addressed. Thank you for wanting to tend to your customer basis.

Excellent service. Quick and very gentle blood draw! I've referred several family members who also prefer this service over any other local lab. The needles are smaller and I barely felt a pinch from the experience workers at premier.
