Went thru the outside ATM, doesn't accept cash deposit. So I had to go into the building and use the ATM inside. It accepted my cash deposit and I received my receipt and left. Banking done right!! New ATM'S, however the outside ATM needs to be Fixed already to accept cash deposits . Tried to deposit cash in check slot, didn't happen, did Not register or deposit & it spit my cash back. Must fix !! I do like the new machines and Pray this bank branch, does Not close. Great bank, never an issue or mistake. Always Great serviceEven at teller's window !! Best bank Ever !! Keep up the Great work!! ?

Great bank, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Even the bank manager came by and asked how it's going and was able to input useful advice. Overall I would recommend this bank for a wondeful banking experience.

Worst bank ever. This is the second time they took a check I deposited and then the next day took the money back out of my account and said it was unpresentable and rejected it and mailed it to my address. Why would they take it in the first place if they were going to reject it? Staff here don't even know why when I came back to ask. Bunch of amateurs. Maybe PNC at another branch is better but this one is a total joke. Plus they constantly ask you to upgrade your account when I don't want to. I would advise taking your business to another banking establishment because this place has always given me trouble.

Stay away from this bank. I don't use this local branch but I had an auto loan with them and their online process is horrendous and one simple error online caused a negative report on your credit report. call them, they cannot do over the phone. They want you to write a letter provide your account, and social security in the letter. Are you kidding me...
