“I went to this TD Bank abt a couple weeks back to create a new account due to my old account being compromised (online banking and checking account). I had to wait awhile, but I didn’t mind. The man that helped me in customer service was very helpful, and I provided him the information to send over to the fraud department. Since then, I have gotten most of the money wrongfully taken out of my old account back. I am just waiting on one more transaction which currently in a provisional credit status. Otherwise, good people and a good location.”

“Today I will go to this location, to try to open a new checking account and a new savings account, as well--to try to take advantage of the fat bonus, that Citizens Bank is offering me, for doing so. I cannot speak for the financially irresponsible person (in another review of this location), who tried to cash a large check at this location, instead of at their own bank (and, if they don't have a checking account at any other bank at all, they are completely financially irresponsible!) Because I would NEVER try to do that...
Nor can I speak for all of the OUTDATED reviews (that the idiots at Google have still left here, on this location)--now that the business has changed from HSBC to Citizens Bank (a totally different business, by the way!) But, what I can speak for is that it pays to be WELL EDUCATED (at least about business, grammar, arithmetic and English speaking abilities, that is)--if you want to do business with a bank, any bank--in today's world. For those who are not...you will always be at the mercy of businesses that will try to take advantage of you--no matter what your race or ethnic origin is. So, that being said--I hope that all of you who gave 1-star reviews to the former bank, at this location, or the relatively new bank, now at this location--will make more of an effort to EDUCATE THEMSELVES--and consequently will not fall into some of the unfortunate situations that I read about, listed here, in this plethora of 1-star reviews. After all--whose fault is it, anyway--if you are NOT EDUCATED enough, to deal with this bank, or any other bank, like this one?”
