I’ve been going to get my dogs nails clipped at the Woodbridge location and have NEVER had an issue with taking him in or the groomers letting me know how he did. I’ve taken him to this location only 3 times and there is now an issue. His first visit was fine but the second visit I was told he did well on 3 of his paws but had to be held with another person to do his last paw because he wasn’t letting them. I found it weird since I’ve ONLY ever been told that he does perfectly fine but I brushed it off.I will NO LONGER be going to any PetSmart grooming services after my last visit. It was the first time my dog did not want to be taken in and I had to push him as they were taking him, he’s ALWAYS just walked inside when taken without ANY issue. Got the same thing mentioned where he allowed them to do 3 paws fine but the last one he was FLIPPING OUT I could hear him barking and screaming as I was getting things from the store and then when I get to the front to pay I glance over and see two groomers fighting to force his last few nails to get cut. We’re talking about a 36 pound French bulldog, I have no clue how they would handle a big dog over 75 pounds if this is how they handle a frenchie. I have NEVER heard my dog flip out like that and he has NEVER given groomers an issue until now. I’m convinced they treated him poorly or hurt him and he his traumatized from it.The vibe is also TERRIBLE. I walked in and they didn’t greet or say hello or even smiled. The girl with the glasses just stared and kind of looked annoyed that I walked in and they weren’t even very busy. This place SUCKS.

This time my experience with Edison Petsmart grooming saloon was horrible. I am a valued customer of this store for almost last 3 years. I bring my GSD here for grooming / nail cutting/ trimming. Never had any problem and neither did anyone complained on my face for my Dog’s behavior. He is super friendly with both Human and Non human. Today while checking out , his paw was bloody and the blood was full on running dripping all over the floor. They cut the quick and absolutely there was no sympathy or apologies. All over excuses on my dog’s behavior. They are very keen to tell me how my dog was anxious ( I don’t know what they expect from a dog when you try to bath or brush or use dryer on them) but never ever mentioned initially when I was there to pick him up about the bloody nail. Only telling me at the last when they brought him. Didn’t even bother to tell over phone what they have done to the poor guy. Very very upset and completely frustrated. The lady at front desk was rude. THIS IS MY LAST SERVICE with Edison Grooming saloon. They also charged me additional money as Special Handling. They didn't even bother to let me know about that. I found out while checking bills. Is this special handling? Cutting your pets paw?Edison Petsmart,I strongly request please do take extra care going forward while doing grooming and don’t injure them. STOP making excuses that the dog was anxious and all that non sensical stuff. If you can’t handle , then call the pet owner and return them back but do not injure them and make excuses.

Had a hobble experience with Petsmart grooming in October. I made an appointment with my dogs regular groomer and the manager just moved the appointment to one of the new groomers. Instead of just a light trim they shaved down my entire dog. They called me telling me he has diarrhea but the truth was they did an anal gland expression and ruptured my dogs anal gland. I know this because I took the dog to the emergency vet right away. And they were able to confirm what they did.This then proceeded to become a bleeding diarrhea to no bowel movement for a month. And my dog was absolutely scared and traumatized from the entire experience.They quickly removed all charges from our bill but this was the most traumatizing experience I ever had. I don’t want anyone else to ever go through something like this.Just don’t take the risk- I can’t even imagine what worse they could have done.

Kiersten the groomer and her team are super friendly and fantastic!!!! Every time Maggie , my bishpoo comes out a happy child and looks beautiful after her grooming sessions. I would 100% recommend Kiersten for grooming your pet!!!!!!

Worst experience with the grooming team. I could rate something lesser than one star but google does not have an option. We missed a grooming appointment due to rain, why would I spend $130 on a rainy day and we did say we would not come in if it's raining.The grooming manager Alysa? or someone decided they would right away ban my access from Petsmart app in booking any more grooming appointments. I did call up once and ask what the heck why was the app telling to call the store and the lady on the end was like hey we have a red mark on your pet and unfortunately I can't do much to take any more appointments. I will ask someone to call you to sort this out. I moved on to petco!! Rofl the attitude shown by the grooming manager wow!Looks like the store is independently owned and does not seem to have any control on store managers taking arbitrary decisions with no regard to customer inputs or followups. @petsmart team if you are reading this which I doubt as I see one more person saying the same thing about the grooming team manager taking decisions on her own with no regard to customer service. Looks like she owns the shop!!

Large store but I tell you, 90% of it is dedicated to dog and cat items. I remember the days when the fish section was an entire side wall, lots of reptile items including live things like snakes, rabbits and mice. Gone are those days. Lots of food and too many to count clothing options for your kitty or pup. Otherwise well organized and well stocked.

Groomer Erin is the absolute best. She listened to us, recommended how to best achieve what we wanted and gave our dog one of the best grooming we can remember. We highly recommend her.

I love this PetSmart. They have everything. Excellent customer service. Very nice & polite staff. The people are friendly, even the customers. Great selection of cat food, it is one-stop shopping for me here. Plus, there is always parking!

Purchased my first bird from here. As. First time bird owner, the staff was not very informative. She could only answer basic questions. I had to go to YouTube to get more information.
