Not good. Went twice to give the benefit of the doubt maybe it was a bad haircut the first time but this is it. Never seem to give what I want, got choppy haircut, way too short, completely shaven on the sides for some reason? This is not a 2 block. Won't be coming back again. Actually the worst haircut I've ever received. Waste of money.

Good service and well trained staff. Little old school in terms of atmosphere but can be trade off.

I always go with Sue. She cuts it exactly as you request and does it very quick and efficient. She usually dry cuts it and then washes and blow dry. For women regular haircut it's $40 and for mens its $30.

If it is for hair color, do not come in here. My hair is not what I ask and she has a lot of opportunities to keep herself educated on coloring hair. Just don't come her hair color!!!!!!! And it is very expensive for not being able to achieve for what I ask.Services: Hairstyling

My review is for my hairstylist only and is not reflective of the others because I can't speak on the others. Some of the reviews mention an older female hairstylist but leave out her name. I am here to tell you that Gina is that hairstylist. ABSOLUTELY AVOID HER. I came here a few days ago and received the worst haircut imaginable. First, I told Gina that I did not want to wash my hair since I had just washed it. Instead of telling me no, she pretended to not speak English. After my wash, she asked me if I only wanted a haircut....in english.... I was then charged for this wash. Then I showed her a picture of the cut I want, which is shoulder length. She cut my hair so short it's about 3 inches away from my shoulder. While she was cutting she seemed distracted by a conversation another hairstylist was having with her customer. I asked for curtain bangs and if I had not reminded her again when she thought she was done, she would have forgotten.

Becky was my hair stylist but she moved. So I had the older, curly haired lady cut my hair. BIG MISTAKE. It was supposed to be a simple straight bob. She gave me layers and CROOKED at that with a slight mullet at the back (longer in underneath layers). How is this even possible? Ugh. Now I have to wait months for it to grow out. I look so old fashioned. She even burned me w/ the dryer and answered the phone 4x while cutting my hair, talk about distracted. Worse cut of my life. The blowdry hid the crookedness but a wash at home revealed the disaster. Onto researching for another salon.

TL;DR Not the worst experience I've ever had, but definitely not the best. Expect to pay a different price if you don't speak Korean. I had a root color and hair trim scheduled with Sue on 3/7. (Scheduling over the phone is preferred.) I arrived a few minutes early and was seated while Sue finished with another customer. The layout of the seating is socially distanced, and everyone was wearing masks. When Sue was ready for me, she had me place my belongings in a plastic bin at the booth I was sitting at. She took a look at my hair and went to go mix up the dye. She also came back with those plastic ear covers that are supposed to protect your ears from the dye, but I could tell they had been used on another client because they were stained. Another thing I found odd was that she didn't brush my hair (typically you would expect that for even color); she just kind of freehanded it. But, whatever, I would wait for the final result. After the dye, she walked away. No communication, no timer set. I just took out my book and started reading because I expected to be sitting for about 20-30 minutes. She returned around 30 minutes later and rinsed my hair. Before I sat down in the chair, I pointed out to her that I had a new piercing in my ear so she would be careful. She washed my hair and I think she left in conditioner (didn't rinse it out). Then she started towel-drying my hair and hit my piercing hard, causing me to bleed. She did apologize, but come on.... She brought me over to a drying machine and had me sit there while she worked on another customer's hair. At this point, I was nervous about getting my hair cut by her. I waited until my hair was dry enough and I told her that I changed my mind about cutting it. I didn't even want her touching my hair anymore. When I went up to pay, I heard her tell the guy at the desk taking my payment to charge me $80 in Korean (I speak and understand Korean but I don't look it.) I just thought that was an absurd amount of money to charge for a root touch up, and especially since she wasn't careful with my ear. I tipped her $10 because she did SOMETHING, but gosh it wasn't a good experience at all. I won't be returning.
