I worked with Ally (the sales rep) and Lamar (the tech lead). Both made the process a breeze — literally in and out! So so smooth. Great dealership!

I got my first BMW today and had a great experience throughout the process. My sales person was Igor Deychman who was always available to attend to my issues and questions. My go to technical guy was Nick. Nick is a pro in all questions regarding how to deal with the new car. The car I got is like a newly created very smart computer but Nick made is very simple explaining all intricacies of the car in simple understandable words. Thank you guys for a very positive experience!

The whole new vehicle lease experience, start to finish, at Open Road BMW was top notch.From the very first call I had with my sales advisor, Alissandra to the vehicle pickup at the dealer a few weeks later - this was the easiest, most seamless car leasing experience I’ve had to date (and I’m a serial leaser). She was very personable, straight to the point, and cut right to the chase with a great deal. She was great at updating me on the vehicle along the way, and made sure we took care of as much as possible before showing up to pick up the car to make it a true in and out experience.The car genius, Chris, wads also great - he understood my ask for a “quick setup” so that I could take care of the rest myself and minimize my time at the dealership - also very knowledgeable. I will be going back for my next BMW purchase. Would highly recommend.

This was the smoothest, quickest and most hassle free car purchase we have ever made. Ali, our sales person, was incredibly helpful and informative but not pushy in the least bit. The financial part was also quick and painless - no pressure to buy any unwanted extra services. And Nick, our car genius, showed me all the tricks my car provided and was able to make me even more excited about my new car than I already was. I can’t say enough good things about the service and people that helped us at Edison BMW.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had dropped off my vehicle on Tuesday 10am with them and had a shuttle back to my home. My drop off was by appt. 32 hrs had passed prior to me hearing anything regarding my vehicle. I had called three times to not be assisted. I should preface that I brought my car in due to drive train light turning on but then turning off within 5 hrs. Once someone finally got back to me to let me know that they STILL didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle yet sent me a once over video exclaiming everything looked good with my vehicle: I was very upset because they mentioned doing a diagnosis by hooking my car up to the machine. Now full 49 hrs has passed and still no communication, I finally get a text from the person overseeing my vehicle for her to tell me they aren't sure fully but assume it's the timing chain and labor alone will be $10,000. I'm infuriated at this point because I'm still not getting a solid answer yet being told POTENTIALLY how much labor would be: I told them to release my vehicle I'll head to pick it up. I pay $300 for a diagnostic fee of which I feel is RIDICULOUS and should be reimbursed. I not only take my vehicle to a bmw specialist in West field for them to review my vehile, mention I just needed a proper oil change and the oil chamber reservoir to be replaced $700 and that was it! BMW of Edison are COMPLETE rip offs, and I will repost this on all feedback and review forums.

I bought a 2015 Golf GTI here took it off the lot and it was miss firing. The service department replaced the plugs and coils. Two weeks later same issue the car was sent to open road VW in Bridgewater on 8/25 where they replaced the coils again. 9/17 same issue back at VW dealer this time it needs new injectors and a carbon cleaning 3K in me nothing from the dealer even though they sold me a bad car.

Awesome no pressure experience buying my 1st BMW. The team was forthright out the gate, they gave very honest advice on their cars. What works well Vs what’s different. I have the most fun with this team, I actual felt like setting a tent with the team. Finance. Dreadful finance. I always thought finance would be painful, expecting them to sellMakeup for my car, but it was smooth and the finance agent was also quite honest and helpful. I have to say these folks defiled all the horror stories about car sales people. Now to my sales rep. Thank you. You looked out for me. You listened, you were empathetic, searched for what I asked for and nothing was too much to ask. I have nothing good to say about the sales manager. He was horribly good, witty, stood his grounds but knew how and when to close. Deal done. Love my BMW.
