This has to be the most honest automotive repair garage I have ever delt with. The owner was honest and did not try to sell me what I did not need. They have helped me keep my 18 year old car on the road. Trust is hard thing to earnBut Not Star is earned mine.

North Star took the time to fully assess and resolve a problem in a way that 4 other shops didn't. They took time to explain what was happening and provided great customer service.

I had a terrific experience with Jack's Automotive. I was referred to them by my mechanic and am so glad i went. Jack is a true gentleman who is a corvette expert and was very flexible with scheduling repairs etc. around my schedule. He and his team did a terrific job repairing my car in the alloted time frame for an excellent price. If you need auto body work...definitely trust Jack. He won't steer ya wrong!

Great job and done quickly. Thank you jack. Back bumper was hit parked in my street. Luckily with Jack I got it all painted and looking new. I also had him shine up my front headlights ! Would reccomend!

Jacks auto service took car of my 2018 Ford Fusion. He did an excellent job repairing my car. I hit a large rock on 206 and the car needed extensive repairs. Pricing was reasonable and I got back my car much faster than I anticipated. I definitely recommend Jacks auto service.

The hood latch assembly broke off from the body of my old car and it was an extensive repair to weld it back on. Jack spent a lot of time thinking about it, mentioning the pros and cons as he described what work needs to be done. It was a long process but in the end, the result is all that matters and it was excellent! I feel safe again in my car and it looks a lot better. Since there were some disassemblies of various areas, he went and fixed whatever showed up along the process. If it was a significant additional cost, he would let me know first. He also did some preventive maintenance to maximize the fixes he made. I couldn't be happier with his work, and his rates are also very reasonable. Jack is very old school; no-nonsense, just get it done right kind of a guy. I will recommend him to anyone, but especially to those who value integrity and honesty in addition to the skills.

It's hard to find an honest mechanic but that's how I would describe North Star. Went out of his way to help to help not to make a buck. Highly recommend

Jack is the real deal. I highly recommend this body shop. Jack was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. If you are looking for quality, efficiency and value for money, this is the place to go!
