I visited the showroom, as my contractor advised, to check their selection. Their employees are very helpful and sweet. The selection of quartz is beautiful. I found 3 gorgeous options.

We were very happy and found the people helpful and accommodating. Jagrat was very patient as we did not know what we wanted. He and the staff moved stones so we could see them (we needed 2) and even took us to warehouse when the ones in the showroom did not match. Over at the warehouse, the employees were all very helpful and respectful as they pulled out slabs of granite to show us.

I had a flood back in January. We’ve been basically homeless for 4 months. Contractor finally tells me that kitchen is almost done and all I have to do is pick countertops for my kitchen . Unfortunately he only wanted to pick countertops from your place because I guess he does all his work with you guys. Your place is exactly 1 hr and 5 min away but with traffic it took me 1.5 hours. I knew this was going to happen so I picked up my 3 children from school early and get this over with since I have no babysitter and my husband was away on business. I did this mostly because my contractor wouldn’t move on with work in my kitchen until I went to YOUR place. And honestly I wanted to move back home soon. I get to your place. And I was told that children weren’t allowed and that if I wanted to look at countertops. I have to leave them in a kids room. Now… I am on my own at this point and my children are all under 7 so I did not want them to be alone in a room where I don’t know who handles. I asked to speak to the manager. She refused to help me. No matter how many times I explained my situation. She refused to even listen and kept talking over me. I know my complain won’t make a difference and I know you won’t lose business because of me. I am only one person after all. But I will let everyone know how in a world that is so difficult to live in. Not one person tried to make my life a little bit easier. Not one WOMAN even made an attempt to support a very stressed mom. Knowing so well I have driven 1.5 hours away. In a world where I teach my children to be kind … none of you showed me any kindness and that makes me furious. This May not make a difference but I hope you can all live with yourselves on how not one person was considerate, kind, thoughtful, helpful or empathetic. I hope you all have the day/week/month/year you deserve.

Lots of beautiful/ elegant selection. Caroline took care of us and she was super accomodating, patient, receptiveI strongly recommend this store and Caroline and the rest of the staff are courteous and provide great client satisfaction.

Good selection but Saturday hours are horrible and if you call the place you don’t get a human being that works there to talk to you. The operator tried several times and can’t get a single person to come to the phone. To be only open for three hours on Saturday, you have to have more people there helping out.

Jagrat was very very helpful and efficient. He made the selection process easy and pleasant. He went out of his to get the slabs moved around for us. The warehouse was roomy, quiet, and well lit compared to places we have looked.

FIRST TIME POSTING A NEGATIVE/BAD REVIEW BUT I'M VERY UPSET! MSI WARRANTY IS TOTAL B.S. ONLY A COUPLE YEARS AGO I HAD GRANITE COUNTERTOPS PUT IN 2 HALF BATHS AND BOTH STAINED/CHANGED COLORS AND THEY''RE SAYING IT'S NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!

It was really great working with Sweety Chokasi. She was a great help to provide all details about stone for our outdoor kitchen. She did go out of way to help us picking right product in timely manner. I will definitely recommend her and MSI Edison for your whole house/office. We will definitely be back with more projects. As a Kitchen Remodeling Contractor, having the ability to enter the MSI showroom and walk away with countless countertop samples to show customers during in-home sales appointments is critical to my success as well as MSI. To me, this shows the dedication MSI has to the growth of their company as well as their direct customers; the Contractor.

MSI sent our fabricator the wrong granite slab. Our CSR refuses to get involved, only telling us it is not her fault and it is the shipping department's fault.I am yet to hear of a resolution. Now I have to fight to get my deposit back from the fabricator.I would not recommend using MSI but if you do make sure your fabricator accepts credit cards so you have recourse.

Great collection of tiles, quartz and granite countertops, backsplash ,flooring etc.Only thing you need to know is they don't sell it directly to you. You need to have a contractor / fabricator who will call them and then we get the pricing. That's the only extra step !
