We wanted the thank William Boyd the store manager for all the help he and his crew provided in a very stressful time!!! We were on our way to Memorial Sloan Kettering to an appointment for my recently diagnosed cancer. We were about a half an hour from the medical center and I noticed the air pressure dropping in our left rear tire. We pulled into their parking lot with only 8 lbs of pressure and no significant time to deal with the flat without missing our appointment. William and his crew rolled the car right in and searched their inventory for a replacement, but to no avail and no guarantee of getting one in time for us to return home in the next two days. We decided to put on the spare (donut) so we could get to my appointment. I was able to find 2 new matching tires at the local Mercedes dealer after my appointment and then showed up at 8:00 AM the next morning with two more appointments that day, and they mounted and balanced the tires and got us on the road in record time. We want to say that this is a great place to go, the people are nice and hard working, William is a GREAT manager and has a great crew!!! And we will be forever grateful for what they did for us!!!Thank you William Boyd, you ROCK!!!

Ever been to an auto repair shop that makes you wait until their mechanics free up? Well not this one.. ever since William took over as a manager, he's improved the shop's efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service. ? most shop's will cram you in the waiting room like a hospital receptionist. But not William. He shows great empathy and respect for customer's time and the mechanic (Justin) that worked on my car was very thorough with his work. Other shop's can learn from his leadership promoting transparency and positive changes.

[A few small mistakes and a big mistake]Let me first start off by saying the staff was very polite and courteous, but that's the only good I could say about them.My wife's car had a flat tire so we found this local place to sort it out.Upon determining the tire is beyond repair, they had to order a replacement tire. When I saw the quote for the replacement tire I went online and searched to confirm the price is reasonable, but suspected something's off because the price matched the "all seasons" version of the tire, where our car is using the "summer" tire (which is more expensive). Called back, they checked, and confirmed they made a mistake. Kind of upset but they were nice about it so we let it slide. They said the replacement tire should arrive on the next day but heard nothing from them until we called back. Found out it'll be another day. Ok, things happen, but would appreciate if you could be more proactive.Next day the tire arrived and they did the replacement. Came to pick up the car but saw they forgot to put the little cap back on. Told them about it and they put one on.At this point it would probably be a 3/5 star review which I wouldn't bother writing. Until I had the car serviced at the dealer just now, I was informed the tire was inflated to 70+ psi, which is more than double the factory spec. Needless to say this is extremely dangerous and I'm so glad we found out this before anything bad happened.Overall, the series of mistakes and negligence is unforgivable, despite of the friendly interactions.

I came here to see how much back breaks would be. After a long wait the technician comes out looking like he took the biggest hit of crack and tells me everything I need ( even though I came in for breaks). The price quoted was $583, I guess after seeing the look on my face the guy said “ I can do it for $500 out the door “ I needed breaks so I said ok. The guy proceeds to to go back to the bay and I hear him and the technician screaming at each other. Then he comes back and says he can do it tomorrow, the guy comes back shaking extremely angry. I said I’ll come back. The auto shop down the road quoted me $360 and they did an excellent job. Completely unprofessional

We were traveling to NY this morning on the NJ Turnpike. Tire signal came on indicating low air pressure. Rode to Mr. Tire. They were exceptionally. The manager was very polite and courteous. The staff very polite. They fixed our flat on our Ram 1500 and we were back on the rode. Thank you so much ?.

This place is a disaster.... here are some examples: Come in for an oil change... "Oh, we don't have enough sinthetic oil for your car, we can call for delivery, but it may take several hours" or came in for a tire change, paid upfront, for the tire to be changed first thing in the morning... the tire didn't come in the morning, or afternoon, or the next day... or the following... but my charge for the tire remained for 2 weeks! I had to call the credit card to contest the charge! Another time they forgot to put back my special key for the tire lock bolt.... Just incompetence across the board.

Had to get off the turnpike with a flat and found Mr Tire the closest to my location.John the service writer was extremely helpful, giving me different options to resolve my issue. He also made sure that the new tires I purchased were mounted quickly so that I could get in my way. Thanks again for the service!!

I came in looking for a tire, and the guy at the counter asked did I want a basic tire or the more expensive ones I said basic and he must’ve thought I was a fool when he quoted me and said 193 for the tire, I said that’s more than mavis was charging me , see ya won’t be doing business with you then tried to say 159! Again see ya! Don’t do business with them they obviously try and rip women off thinking they don’t know any better.

Unfortunately I'm not able to give less than 1 star here. Where do I start? The unprofessional staff or the issues that my car had after leaving this horrible establishment? Was lied to multiple time by the staff here about when things would be taken care of. I drive for work and they held my car on superbowl Sunday in the shop when promised the issues would be resolved on Saturday afternoon/night the latest. Was promised Saturday night by the manager William and the mechanic Joe that on Sunday they would both be in. After calling the shop more than 10 times, John finally informed me that William and Joe were "not coming in. But William would be in Monday morning for sure." Called Monday morning and William (the manager) is still Mia. John the assistant manager is calling constantly and no response for William all day Monday either. So at this point they've already cost me 3 full days of work. I went in to change my o2 sensors. Joe the Mechanic changed it for me and 30 mins later my car completely dies on the side of the road. Stranded and waiting for a tow truck (my expense) for 2 hours. I get in and the mechanic is still there, but he informs me he "has to go and will take care of it tomorrow and run a full diagnostic" which is literally what I paid for initially so I'm not sure what he did the first time. Tuesday William finally comes back to work (the manager; the one who's neglected this situation for several days now). I get him on the phone and he informs me that he's sent my car to a different location in east brunswick without my consent.on the same phone call asking me "why I keep calling?" While the shop is holding my car hostage for almost 4 days now. This has been hands down the worst auto shop experience so far for me in my life. If you're looking for a professional staff, look elsewhere. After all of this ordeal, my cars check engine comes back on a few days after.Ps Joe (the mechanic) admits to me that he can't read diagnostic codes; while simultaneously answering my car inquires by googling the answers in front of me.Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this shop!
