“So I’m editing my review. Initially I gave “?” 1 star because of poor service on Sunday as you can read below. As soon as you walk in, you get the feeling like you should turn around and walk out. We were not greeted although there were two young associates at the folding table. We went upstairs. We had to help ourselves because not one associate greeted us. My husband tried on the jacket which was fine except for minor alterations necessary. We need a larger size pant. When I asked the female associate about that she said “whatever is there “. I asked if another store can be called she said - “ you have to go downstairs for that”. We walked out.There is no desire for anyone to help the client. This company has gone down. We are now headed to another store. I don’t recommend this store.I changed my rating to 4 “????” because I went back on Monday. What a difference a day makes ! I went back to purchase the suit jacket because when I went to the Edison shop they didn’t have the jacket. Only the pants. Begrudgingly I went to the Union store. I was greeted and when I went upstairs I was greeted also. A completely different set of associates. I spoke with Nick and told him of my experience. Lovely associate. I personally 5 stars ⭐️ to him. He told me to speak with one of the managers Ernst downstairs. Which I did. I spoke with Ernst and reiterated my story. He was so kind and made my trip worthwhile. I give Ernst 5 stars ⭐️ also. If you go to this store , I suggest not going in a weekend. The store could use a sprucing up and a cost of paint. ?”

“Actually love this shop. We always stop by this shop, whenever we go to Menlo Park mall. I’m a big fan of hollister tshirts and jeans . Service is ok. Could be better . Not many of them to help around , for size changes etc. billing can get slower during weekends and peak hours . Perfectly located within menlo mall. Lots of options for food and parking here . Overall , I love this shop ????”

“Urban Outfitters is geared toward the 20-something year old consumer. I went in looking for a cute top today and found a dress on the clearance rack. I like this store for their unique variety of clothing, which are sometimes overpriced for what you get, but quite on brand as a sister company or subsidiary to Anthropologie. I also like the random fines on the clearances racks that are always outside the box of what I'm thinking I need for an outfit at the moment. The staff is always friendly. There are no greeters or people who follow you around asking if you need help, but I'm okay with going to the register and asking for help. The store is clean and conveniently located on the first floor of Menlo Park mall.”

“Went and found a few things however this is certainly quick fashion as it is lower quality and good maybe for a season or two. I got the gray sweater in this picture and the black dress. Prices were good and store had lots of inventory. The dressing room is large but it has a lot of small rooms. Some items seem very young however that’s ok since some shoppers are young lol.”

“Shawn Helped Me out picking out the right size shoes. I really wanted the black and white panda dunks, but they didn’t have my size. Shawn personally took his off his feet and gave them to me for half price! He told me it was no big deal, he didn’t mind riding his bike home in socks. He made my day”

Both were very helpful from the beginning and helped me in finding the perfect pants. The store is clean and organized well. The employees there are very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is now you have to use the self check out if your paying by card which I’m totally against. “I looked online at dresses and then went in the store to try on and find a last minute dress. I found the dresses I wanted to try and the salesman Anthony saw me trying on options and got involved. He was great and engaged. He gave great feedback and even pulled some dresses I had not considered from the back. I ended up leaving with one of his picks. Thanks Anthony!”

It should not take longer to get checked out than it does to pick out 4 outfits and try them on for your upcoming vacation.
