“My Gastroenterologist ordered a stool sample test very shortly before a 3 week trip out of the country. I called the lab and spoke to Carlos about getting the results as quickly as possible in case I needed medication before I left. Carlos went above and beyond to get the results and called me back a few times to keep me informed of the progress. I did need medication and because of Carlos I was able to go on my trip with medication.”

“I had a short wait and was processed through to the blood draw quickly. The front desk person and the phlebotomist were both friendly and kind. And I barely felt anything when the blood was drawn. Word to the wise, if you can book an appointment online, you will be prioritized and get in and out much quicker ?.”
