I love the Good Quality Clothes, and High class brands you can't buy from others stores In the area, it's luxury at its best. I bought Chanel sunglasses a while back from there with the money my mother gave me for my birthday plus my saved up cash! It was worth it! The workers here are very kind. They are very helpful too! It's expensive, but every once in a while a little splurging won't hurt! They have good café too. The woman with the purple hair is nice and the waiters are too! The chef really knows his cooking skills! I love the salmon!

The person at Nordstrom Menlo Park to work with for any of your fashion needs and in store or online purchasers is Hayley Martin. I called the Nordstrom's in Menlo specifically because of a designer sweater that I was trying to purchase online. I was having some challenges instead of just giving me some mediocre advice. She actually stayed on the phone with me for an extensive long time helping me to navigate the website she asked a few questions regarding the style number for the item that I wanted and encouraged me to finish up my account which I did with her coaching. The reason why I'm taking the time to do this review is because I really did find her outstanding in many areas Haliey took the time to understand my frustration that I was having ordering a designer sweater which was quickly selling out. She was able to find it. She helped me place the order since I was having some challenges doing it myself the next time I'm at Nordstrom's in Menlo Park I'm going to stop by and say hello to her in person meanwhile just know she's very helpful understands your questions and concerns and was very polite and professional to res

I previously purchased 2 bras with a fifferebt associate and they unfortunately both fit different (same size bra and make). One was more comfortable and the other wayy to tight. So I went in to exchange the one that was too tight. I have never had a bad experience in Nordstrom EVER until today. The woman at the register was right away seemingly annoyed. I thought it was due to the unfortunate purchase a different associate gave me. She told me I was wearing the wrong size just by looking me. I trusted her and went in to be fitted again. She gave me my correct size and then she was straight up combative with me. Brought me bras to try but was Telling me that if I want a good bra, I need to wear underwire because I have a large cup size. Telling me her credentials as a bra specialist. I explained that I usually dont wear that and I dont feel comfortable. That isn't what I'm here for. She said " If you dont want your breasts to be down to your stomach by the time your 50, you need underwire" I dont know what her actual issue was but I felt like she was treating me badly. She was Annoyed by my requests, rude, then boasting about her 15 plus years as a bra fitting specialist and cancer survivor bra specialist. She mentioned Cancer so many times to me that it was actually uncomfortable. Im shopping for a bra post child bearing weightloss. She treated me like I was young and knew nothing. (Which shouldn't happen even if i was younger) But, What I know is myself. Im a 38 year old woman. I want wireless. And I wanted her help with a WIRELESS bra. I reluctantly continued to shop while practically helping myself. I pulled the bra I wanted.. a wireless substitute in my size that she gave me. I still PURCHASED bras. But I cant let this attitude go. It was something I have never experienced before. What made me realize that she just was rude to me.. another customer came in and her whole tone of voice changed. She wasn't yell talking anymore or boasting about her job title and experience anymore. I would have never purchased from her if I didn't need to exchange my bra. She was horrific. I know she knows what she is doing, I know her truth is that underwire is better. But as the customer my needs were being expressed and met with irritation and cockiness. My receipt says her name is Kerianne. My only analogy I can think of here is that A good doctor has bedside manner. And You Kerianne do not possess this quality.

I went in to purchase an outfit for corporate lunch and was helped by an associate on the women's floor named Brandi. Overall, she was really helpful and polite-- not pushy like some of the other associates. Definitely deserves a promotion.

I came here with a friend as he was looking for a suit. The staff: They seem a little clueless on some of the items in their department. Some staff members did not know where certain items were located. They are friendly and try to help but they need a little more product knowledge. The pricing: It is a bit pricey here and they do not have a wide selection of items here. Overall: This store is pricey with their items so you should be prepared for that. I probably won't come back to shop but my friend will definitely come back to see how their service is when he needs to purchase his suit.

Had a scheduled appointment for an Indochino Suit. The manager explained that they cannot fit me and that the appointment should not have been accepted. She continued with multiple explanations along with the offer to schedule me at another Indochino. She continued with explanations of her troubles and I told her that I don’t really care - all I need is an appointment. She went in back and told me the appointment was made for Short Hills and that I would receive confirmation. I waited an hour and went to confirm my appointment. I did learn that Short Hills still had 7pm listed as available- I made my own appointment. Had I trusted her, I would have not been able to be served had someone else booked that to. She played me.

Went here today with my daughter who is expecting a baby. She found an adorable one piece baby outfit that she wanted to buy. She took it to the register and the women asked if she was a member and that only members get the sale price. My daughter replied no but I will pay full price for it then. The women then said that she could not even buy it for full price because she was not a member. She didn’t even ask her if she wanted to become a member. We left with nothing but were in shock by what was said. Will never go to this store again.
