Their knowledge of the product ensured a seamless shopping experience. They were outstanding in product explanations, they afford customers the opportunity to explore options at their own pace. I wholeheartedly recommend this store and anticipate returning for future needs.

Staff was friendly efficient and knowledable. Took their time, answered all our questions. Dealt with 2 stores(Woodbridge and Shrewsberry)and was very happy with both encounters. They actually worked together involving info from our first visit. Highly recommend the service. We are anxiously waiting for our delivery. Thank you lovesac staff for a very pleasant experience.

Very nice no hassle return policy. We went to the mall twice to see the sofa and ordered 4 seats and 5 sides. We received the items but changed our minds to another set that had leather recliners. We notified the store and they sent us to return labels without asking any questions. The product has a 60-day in-home trial, and they honor the policy.

We purchased our sactional at the Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ. Avianca helped us and was such a joy to work with. She knew all the products so well and really made the shopping experience wonderful for us. Thank you so much Avianca! If we end up adding more pieces to our sactional, I know I will definitely be going to her! Where LoveSac fell short was the delivery experience. We were informed by FedEx our tracking number one day before it was getting delivered, so not much of a notice there. Then, my husband had to wait all day for all 15 boxes to be delivered. Three of the boxes (the covers) were supposed to come at 1pm. They came closer to 5pm instead. Such an inconvenience for my husband to deal with. FedEx also delivered all 15 boxes to the mail room in our apartment complex instead of to our door. So my poor husband had to make 12 trips with our car and up/down the stairs to our apartment. Also, the boxes are delivered with the LoveSac logo written all over it, making it much easier for someone to steal the boxes. Lastly, when my husband called to make sure a signature was required for the couch to be delivered, FedEx would not allow us to do so. You would think if I’m spending over $6,000 on a couch, that a signature would be required at least. There was also no manual or directions in the boxes. So my husband had to look everything up online. Another inconvenience. Overall, like I said, shopping with Avianca was absolutely amazing. But LoveSac and FedEx need to get it together because the delivery experience was awful.

Arisha and all of the employees at the Menlo LoveSac were so nice and helpful! We ordered on Monday NIGHT late and it was shipped on Wednesday with delivery coming on Friday!! Once we have it all together I will be sure to share but our experience so far has been wonderful!

After a rough start with our Lovesac design and purchase at the Short Hills location, Mahalo and Avianca at the Menlo Park location did everything in their power to keep us happy customers!! Superior customer service skills and flow through!! We were considering returning our Lovesac sectional until they got involved!! Many thanks!

Overall it was a fine experience. I’m still waiting for the heros discount to kick in. As an educator I did all the necessary steps online but I’m still waiting to have the code to apply the savings.
