This store sells inferior, substandard products. Purchased a pair of UGGs from here and the stitching separated on the heel area after no more than 5-6 wears. This has never happened to me throughout years of purchasing UGG products. Do not buy UGG products from this location.

The cashier was very rude to me as well as my young son when he asked if he can see the kids shoes the cashier replied “you can do what you want” and walked away. We did not purchase anything

Horrible service. The people who work here hate their job and you can tell. They made a mistake on my purchase and they gave me an attitude for THEIR mistake. Never coming back here again.

I went here to try to buy work boots for working in a lumber yard. They didn't have Nike ACG boots instead they recommended to me an alternative, I've worn these boots Monday through Friday at my job and it's already been 3 months and the boots are not that good. I would not recommend buying construction boots or any type of boots from them. My calves and the bottom if my feet hurt.however though they do have good shoes for sports and sports and for looking stylish. So I won't be coming for shoes that are going to look nice not for working in every day. If I could post a picture of how my boots look I would but google won't allow.

Been to this store a few times and each time I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. Instead the employees are on their cell phones. Poor customer service. I gave 2 stars bc the girl who ended up helping me checked my shoes for correct size.

Went to Snipes on Saturday a rude manager / employee told me not to walk behind counter which i did not know there was a counter there i told her i was sorry and that i did not know there was a counter so close to the sneakers that i was looking for . This was Saturday at 3pm her name Started with a S , and she had long braids and was short as well as rude . With so many stores in the mall i was happy to spend my cash at foot locker .

I’m giving this one star because I traveled 50 miles from the Bronx to pick up my reservation of the cool grey 11s. I tried calling to let them know I was on my way, went straight to voicemail because I was lost as soon as I got the store it was at 3:01 I got denied my reservation and the manager wasn’t being helpful nor understanding. I can understand if it was 15- 20 minutes passed the deadline but a minute give me a break. However, they tried to help at the end but didn’t have my size so it was a waste of my time and energy. You guys need to extend the deadline ??
