What a wonderful place. While I was waiting on my prescription, a lady came in with complaints of pain in her knee. She had just had surgery. She asked the pharmacist where she could purchase an ice pack, and the pharmacist prepped and gave her one for free!! Kindness and compassion. You don’t get that at CVS or Walgreens.

The Pharmacist here is very caring and goes out of the way to help out. Even in bad weather and with my sick parents at home, she has helped us multiple times. I think this pharmacy is very precious for the community.

Pharmacy is really good and staff are friendly. Everything is on time! My dad needed his medicine urgently and if it wasn’t for them, he would be struggling medically. He got the medicine on time and was able to move on with his day! I recommend going there and using that pharmacy often!

Sonal is a great helper. She has been my pharmacist for over 6 years. She has helped deliver my medicine at my work or home I'm emergency situation as well. She also helps with calling the Dr.'s office and sorting all the stuff with prescription as well. I recommend this place for people who are looking for a pharmacist who is very friendly and a big helper.

Arrived at 6:15PM and the store was closed. Online hours state they're opened until 7PM. Waste of a trip

Sonal is so friendly and supportive. She make me feel better once i checked in on my time and get it done my covid test quickly. I would strongly recommend this location for covid test. Thank you so much for your help.

I went to Kennedy pharmacy to have my Covid test done so I could travel. I was leaving for Jamaica the next day & I was terrified that I wouldn’t received my results in time. But thanks to Sonal everything ran smoothly and I was able to go on my trip! She’s the best truly! I highly recommend going to visit this pharmacy and her! She was super helpful.

Terrible experience with COVID testing. I signed up for COVID test but no one is at the pharmacy at 11:10am for my appointment. Maybe it’s a scamUpdate on 12/30: I was able to get tested twenty minutes after my appointment time. Make sure you bring a pen because they don’t provide any. It has been over one week since my test, and I haven’t received my test results. I would not recommend using this place as a test center for COVID.

The staff was generally friendly but I would not recommend this location for a covid test. Checked in on time for my appointment then waited forty minutes for the test. It seemed they forgot I was there as I had to call to remind them and they came out immediately when I did. The test itself required writing your name on three different pieces of paper which is fine, but when I asked for a pen I was told "you'll have to find your own." I had come by car and their location is in a strip mall so there were not many options. Finally the test itself was flimsy and felt it would snap while I was using it. If they fixed some of these things I would go again but am not likely to use Kennedy again (for a covid test at least) in the near future.

Sonal is the best! if you don’t want to wait very long you just call her in advance.. why support CVS, WALGREENS OR RITE-AID, they dont really care about you.. at least the owner doesn’t

My husband received a blood pressure monitor prescription and the pharmacy walked us through the whole process, but they failed to mention that they are not in network with our insurance so we will not be getting paid back for this purchase. Never again.

Nicest costumer service I ever experience in any of the pharmacies.Lady in front(sorry,don’t remember her name)very sweet and helpful.She went beyond her interests to help me and to make me feel better.I will definitely come back and tell all my relatives to go there instead of going to big places where nobody even cares.Thank you.Barbara
