I am disappointed that they just disappeared from the mall with no warning and I went there last night and the store was empty and there were men covering the outside of the store up. This was my go-to for date night outfits, girls night out outfits. The only thing I hated was their return policy. There was no returns so I would have bought more stuff there if I was allowed returns. However their stuff you couldn’t find in any other store so very disappointed about it leaving.

Love the clothes and designs here, a wide variety of unique pieces picked from designer shows (I asked where they got some of their stock from and was surprised to hear trade shows) the items are pretty cheap though, in price and sewing wuality, but they occasionally have really nice fabrics in their dressesTheir return/exchange policy is not good so you shouldn’t buy anything unless you know you want it. I’ve never had anything break from this store (I’ve bought 8-10 things?) except for a jacket where the pocket zipper handle broke off Highly recommend trying things on and thinking through your purchase before making it- if you’re someone who has buyer regret often and returns a lot, this store is a SKIP!

Called them phones not working, drove to store to return item and requested to speak to manager and not available. Proceed with representatives at store and was told no returns or exchanges after certain days and they walked away. Very disappointed spent $60 on a dress that I cannot even exchange anymore. BE CAREFUL PURCHASING CLOTHES HERE. THEY ARE VERY NICE WHEN PURCHASING BUT AFTER THEY DONT CARE ABOUT EXCHANGING!!!! NEVER SHOPPING AT THAT STORE AGAIN.

I went in for my graduation outfit and all of the girls were so helpful with finding exactly what I wanted they got the style , color and lengths perfectly and showed me a variety of pieces and reasonable prices and I can’t forget how kind the employees treated me when helping me decide what to buy and they definitely brought my confidence up and encouraged me even more to celebrate my graduation with my perfect dress, they definitely made it a night to remember and had me looking phenomenal

This is my view of this place as far as returns! All i wanted was a store credit or a refund for my dress that was default the sleeve that wouldn’t stay up they would droop over the puffy sleeve.so why get the same dress right ? No they treated me like a thief!!!! I told them i don’t know what i did with the receipt but it still had the tag not the tag with the price but the tag of the store and maker of the dress ( her employer was at the front of the store before i came in the store to let her know i didn’t have a receipt)told her i want to come but i don’t have recipes she told me to go to the cashier) i told her there where like 5 of them in the front of the store for a price …..she proceeded to ask me multiple questions on how she cannot find it purchased in the store or her system if the dress was ever purchased????….. she followed by going to the front of the store and counting her merchandise (same dresses)see how many dresses were in the rack……I was so offended i felt. As she was implying i took the dress????? I was telling her when i was there waiting when i bought the dress there was another lady trying to get a refund as well! They were giving her a hard time as well. i mentioned that to her i don’t know if she was the manager but she replied “oh we always have problems” REALLY”……THIS STORE IS NOT A GOOD Consumer friendly they treat customers below them i was so offended the way they treated me i will never buy from this store again i already reported them BBB SHAME ON THEM!…….OH SHE GIVE ME SAME FAULTY DRESS! ?

They do share the return policy with you when you purchase but this cheap clothing broke the first time I put it on, I did not expect my money back but a store credit to purchase something else they refused. I will never shop here again

I really appreciate the service , the lady at the front at the store very sweet, patient and professional, help to look around and find exactly the item that I want . The girl in the fitting room very friendly, professional help with options and advice . Specifically on this time that nobody wants to work this stuff deserves a complement. Good job ?? ????????????

I went in to the store to look for some items for my vacation . I was going to lake George . As soon as I walked in everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped me find the best outfits and accessories. The whole vacation I was being complemented on my clothing. I love this store and highly recommend shopping there. Great clothes . Great costumer service and great prices .

I went to Kara store in Menlo Park to select some cloth . by the time I want to fit them , they told me the fitting room is closed . The two girls in the fitting room didn't allow me to fit in my selection saying we are about to close!!!!! . It was still 30 minutes left to close the store. Very disappointing
