Super great place to get well fast. Staff is super helpful and the owners are very loving and kind. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a super professional pt facility.

Never had a bad experience here Endured post-operative therapy and they were patient and kind. I have had all but one of the staff work on me and each was able to expertly pinpoint and alleviate my pain. I am currently trying to avoid surgery on my left shoulder and Amita is using many different and effective methods to help me strengthen the muscles and to manage my bursitis.

Beware, rude scam artists. I called to schedule therapy, they told me they were in network and I had no copay. I signed a sheet on each visit for 2 months that I owed zero copay. When I informed them I would be switching to another facility they altered my sign in sheet and told me I owed them a copay for each visit. They called me and left rude messages and threatened collections with outrageous fees becoming verbally combative when I explained the situation. I went in to put a stop to the phone calls and explain, they were rude and tried to make me feel like a deadbeat instead of taking any blame for their billing mistake. I spoke to the owner Alex who was equally rude. There are plenty of good places to get physical therapy without dealing with terrible attitudes and alterations of signed documents.

What an extraordinary quality run organization. You walk in, are greeted privately, and after 3 months of regular appointments, I've never waited more than 90 seconds. My 1st stop is always with my therapist for an assessment and evaluation with me the focus of concern. He leads and directs an aide to follow me. They monitor me as I progress explaining the purpose and goals of my physical therapy plan. I participate and give feedback. I never dreamed I'd have benefited from exercising. I walked in, bone in bone with calcified bone spurs, a limp and pain. After 5 weeks, I'm walking stairs and limp free. I walked in a candidate for a total knee replacement. Now, I don't want to keep my next appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. Before this experience, I'd heard stories of physical therapy mills: patients coming and going in 20 minutes, being served by trainees on rolling stools serving a room full of patients at a time, patients being left alone. Jersey Central doesn't operate that way. I have 1 constant therapist, and every session runs 1-3/4 to 2 hours. My regimen takes almost 2 hours to complete. Mine is a success story. Sean ensures my success. I'd ask for him, again.

JCPT is a fantastic facility and the best by far! I live in Old Bridge and could certainly chose a closer place, but I choose to make the ride to JCPT in Edison for many reasons. The staff is kind, friendly and compassionate following the lead of owner and PT Dr Alex Ivachenko! Alex has clearly saved my life with his tender but effective touch over the years that I have been coming here for different ailments/injuries throughout my body! Alex has trained his staff to treat each patient as if they were the most important patient there, whether old, young, athlete, disabled or mildly injured. The atmosphere is positive, upbeat, pleasant, and hopeful. The attention to detail is spot on, PTs helping everyone even if they're not their own patient and PT techs assisting with exercises and at every level. They have a marvelous heated pool for aqua therapy which is terrific in the winter months, so comforting! The facility is extremely clean and the maintenance of hygienic conditions is constant! I often say to Alex that "I don't know what I'd do without him & JCPT" I mean that in all sincerity! Please consider Jersey Central Physical Therapy when choosing PT! You will not regret it, I promise.

I have been here for my ankle, my hips, my right shoulder and just to come and exercise. The staff is like family in the way they respond and want to help those who come for therapy. Each one is a knowledgeable, friendly person with a servant's heart.

The staff and facilities at JCPT are the best. I have been suffering with a chronic back condition for over 12 years and never have I received such wonderful care as I have since I started going to JCPT. After undergoing spinal fusion surgery just 7 months ago, Alex and his team have transformed my life. They are the most knowledgable, gentle, and kindest therapeutic staff I have ever worked with. When you're at JCPT, you feel at home. They create an environment that is welcoming, jovial, and healing.

The physical therapists and aids work with you til you're 100%. They also show that they care about you in general not just for your physical well-being. They are always looking out for each others patients. I personally feel better just being there.

I don't know why Yelp lists only one review which is a poor one while there are 17 "unrecommended reviews " which are not being counted by yelp -those have great reviews. Here's my unbiased review. I broke my ankle and foot back in June 2014 and it got worse with ligament damage, excessively swelling and calf muscle issues. I'm in my mid twenties and it was my first real injury in my life. By beg of Sept, I was told to go to PT by my ortho ped doc but I was hesitant bc I was in so much pain and still in bad shape. I didn't think I was ready for PT and plus isn't PT some sort of torture chamber? Lol.. And to make matters worse..I was running late to my first PT appt and was rushing so much that I actually fell down the stairs right before leaving my house! I was in so much pain and upset bc I thought I did more damage and thought to cancel the appt. Once I got there, I was in tears and in pain so Danielle my assigned PT in her sweet kind way said "let's just see what you can do and see if you hurt yourself more." Im telling you she put me at such ease, I was so grateful. And in just 2 weeks from that date, I was out of my Astronaut boot and walking again. I've been going there for 2 months now under Danielle's care and I have progressed exponentially. I can drive and walk almost like before. I Still need to strengthen my leg but I'm a big believer in PT. The staff, aides, front desk are always courteous, professional and helpful. The place is also clean. I recommend this place completely. **btw, I only signed up for Yelp to do this review bc I was so shocked at the terrible rating it got...so yelp please don't remove my post based on your software "For example, the review might have been posted by a less established user"....thanks
