Got there early, didn't start loading till my appointment time. Driver required to be on the dock. No sign on the door. They are next to dock 19. The company next to them has a sign on their door saying where Jacobson is, so not sure why they can't put up their own sign

Had a 14:00 appointment for my reload. Called ahead that I'm running late, no problem as long as I get in before 17:00..got in at 16:59 Got out by 17:25..true story! The end:)
