We walked in looking to purchase open box furniture at heavily discounted prices and assumed we would have to fend for ourselves. However we were pleasantly greeted by Moshe, then Tina came by and went way above and beyond to assist us, she is an innate designer and helped us match colors and spent an hour with us figuring out which pieces would fit into our space.Brian was super friendly and patiently worked out every detail for us.The furniture is top notch quality - was an amazing experience with superb customer service!

Staff is very nice and helpful. We got furniture delivered in 3 days and fixed with no delivery issues or no extra charges . They have very nice variety of products.

I purchased a couch and set of chairs from Wayfair 3 years ago. I called them to ask about who the manufacturer was and they gave me J&M Furniture. When I explained to the wonderful woman what had happened to the couch (it just stopped working) she informed me that they no longer sold my set but they offered to try to locate replacement parts and when they found some they sent out a new transformer and cords for my couch! When it arrived, my husband and I were both ill and we just finished changing the transformer out and wehave our old couch back! We are thrilled and love this company!!!!

The selection that you see in the store is one of a kind, the quality is great. If you are looking for furniture look no more and go to this place. Purchased a beautiful leather sofa and loveseat from J&M Furniture. The sales consultant did a great job of assisting us with all aspects of the purchase . Had a very good experience with the delivery process as well. Love the furniture, and the workmanship and quality.

I wanted the Soho leather set and got my best price online....then visited the showroom and was greeted by Moshe....he had the set on the sales floor....It was comfortable and he said he can beat any online price! He delivered on his promise and I received my set a few days later! The delivery team was very professional....didn’t scrape my walls and furniture was immaculate with not a scratch on it!!!!! Couldn’t be any happier with my experience ...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

EXTREMELY Happy with my purchase!! Brian was helpful and accommodating furthermore Patient. I am very picky and this exceeded my expectations. We drove in from Philadelphia for the Lorenzo Recliners; after visiting Natuzzi Furniture and seeing the 12,000 price tag and not even half of the features of my Lorenzo starting with my Charger port and not spending that much was the greatest gift Brian could have given me as a new home owner during these hard trying pandemic times. We purchased the Wave Nightstands. Didn't visit showroom directly but purchased online. They are very stylish and modern, good for low-profile bed. I also had to contact J&M directly (via email) a few years later about a minor item related to the nightstands, and the J&M folks were responsive and helpful.

I was buying furniture on Friday and had an excellent experience. The salesman was super helpful and knew all about each item I was interested in. Got the best couch for my money. Definitely going back for my new bedroom set next month.
