I was looking to add pieces to my wardrobe and decided to enter J.crew and liked what a saw just didn't seem to know how to put items together, as I browsed the store and saw the employees the way they dressed and their ideas I became more inspired and asked for some help. I spoke with Ann Marie and she gave me Many ideas and suggested I make an appointment to come in and she would pull together a capsule of pieces that all went together with each other. I did and we spent several hours putting items that I liked together and suggestions. I would highly recommend Ann Marie for personal shopping. The store has a manager by the name of Mark who is very hands on...when the store is full and cashiers need assistance behind the counter he doesn't hesitate to jump in and start ring up his customers or assist where needed. Always nice to see when a manager partakes where needed not just standing around doing nothing while the staff is struggling.

Came in to get a suit. The elderly gentleman who helped me to get the right fit and also the right advice was delightful. Pleasantly surprised by such a warm old school customer service. And they had a modern selection of styles.Highly recommend this store in the Short Hills Mall

Terrible customer service. Popped in for some staple sweaters and had what I can only describe as atrocious service. The woman was condescending, and actually struck me with a pile of clothes as she passed by and it was on purpose. When I confronted her she pretended she was attending to another customer and went to the back and did not come out. Disgusting. Alerted corporate.

Great, helpful staff and good sales. The merchandise tended toward the odd side, though. But I was able to get a cashmere crew at a great price ($56.00) and an adorable sweater for my granddaughter.

Just got back from jcrew for some holiday shopping and what a nice experience. Lauren helped with the fitting room and was very sweet. We were checked out by Daya, atleast that’s what our receipt says her nameis. Beautiful, tall young woman with lavender sweater and Gucci belt. She gave excellent customer service! Helped with an exchange from my online purchase and was so so nice and helpful. Her patience and knowledge really leveled up our custom tee experience. Thanks Daya!

My husband and I were planning our wedding, and after a last-minute snafu with his suit, we had no options for him to wear. Mark helped us find an affordable, quality tuxedo as a suitable option for our big day. He was attentive and offered great advice on the best style and fit, including getting it delivered without a hitch. It was a great fitting suit, but ultimately, we opted to stay with our original supplier after receiving a replacement. I highly recommend working with Mark if you're interested in formal wear. You will not be disappointed!
