While I sympathize with some of the horror stories below, I’d like to remind perspective customer of this place that those are exceptions not the normals. 99.9% of packages shipped from iShipX probably arrives on time and customer have great experience, but those are sadly not the people who often take time to leave reviews.
Me and my family have been using iShipX for a year now, shipped over 15 packages at least and our experience has always been great. The gentlemen working behind the counter is clearly good at what he does and always package our items with great care and efficiency. His rate is incredibly affordable if you consider the insane prices USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. would have charged for international shipping. We always get a super detailed breakdown of the items and each charges, and it is easy to pay over Venmo.
We drive 90 minutes each time from suburban Philly to ship with iShipX, because we trust the shop and owner. If you are in this area, please give them a try, it’s a good shop and a great owner with integrity, your package will be in good hands with them! And it’s a bonus that there’s a great Asian grocery store right next store, so it’s convenient to kill 2 birds with one stone ?

Sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open. And nothing lol. Sign says opens at 11. Drove 30 mins for nothing?

Star away from this shop, my package got lost and never got the compensation as promised after filling the claim.
Really to the comments below: he is so argumentative towards all negative comments here, it’s just so funny!! yes the package lost isn’t in control of your hand but the lost package insurance should provide the compensation for it, unfortunately after so many times of try I still did not get the compensation as promised, instead the owner of this shop just kept pushing the responsibly away and pretended it’s not his job to provide the compensation. Very bad and dishonest business practice there, stay away!
Update: I have contacted the owner of this shop for the compensation as advised from his reply but got no response.

If there is a zero star, I will give that to the shop. We shipped 3 packages last year Aug, none of them were received as of now April 2024. The owner contacted me to pay duty in Feb and said I will receive them in a couple weeks, so I paid additional duty, but still nothing was received. Messages are not replied and phone calls are not picked up.
Please try every effort to avoid this place.

My packages got lost, confirmed by business owner. Owner refused to make compensation as agreed on the receipt. I filed claim, owner did not appear on the court day. Writ was issued. Officer went to the business to collect money, pasted message on his door; he just disappeared and ignored.

This express delivery service is very stupid. First of all, I have shipped from them about 6 times. Only once was delivered on time in about three weeks as he said. The rest were all delayed indefinitely. The express delivery sent in April 23 was delayed until the end of October. There is no news and the store does not provide any solutions. The only thing they say is "wait a little longer." The store poster clearly states that there are only very few cases of delays of 3 months due to customs and other reasons, but in fact most of them will be delayed by 2-3 months. The advertisement is completely inconsistent with the reality and is false advertising. In short, do not use their express delivery. Update: I reviewed the store and said that I can contact him to settle the claim. After telling the staff the compensation price, he did not tell the time for the compensation. He only had to wait indefinitely!

Stay away from this place:1. If your item is lost, it's entirely your responsibility. They do not take any responsibility. It's your choice to do business with them, so it’s your own risk to take.2. They will only provide you with $100 STORE CREDIT if your item is lost, not cash.3. If necessary, consider utilizing the NJ small claims court.
