Though you will get almost everything in Indian grocery I doubt the quality of especially fresh fruits and vegetables.. I got spoiled coconut twice, first time I didn’t report as it was just one coconut. 2nd time I bought 2, both of them were spoiled and then I reported. The response I got from store lady was bit harsh. They are not ready refund or replace. As it has occurred multiple times they should have done something, at least speak politely. Anyhow don’t recommend buying atleast coconut from Igo. You have to be lucky to get a good one, else you are looser:)

They charged me $165.53 whereas the actual amount was $84.08, please see attached image and note the transaction time on it. This is what they do.. they CHEAT, they charge you for the items which are not even present in your cart & for the items which are present they’ll increase the quantity. When I complained about this the girl at the counter started defending and tried to find items in my cart, when she could not find the extra items in my cart, she started laughing. It seems their management are also aware of these practices & supporting them to cheat their customers. They know that most people will not check their receipts & even if they check they won’t bother for small discrepancies but this is serious offense. They also sell expired products. Be aware & be careful.. they don’t care if you & your family get sick after consuming the expired products.

Liked the variety of Indian grocery options available here, friendly staffs and fresh vegetable options. Also the cost and offers are good enough. The live counter panipuri is also good.Freshly made Indian bread (chappati) is also available

I must say it was a worst experience that I feel compelled to share. From the outdated products on their shelves to the unhelpful and disrespectful staff, this was by far the worst grocery shopping experience I've ever had. The most disappointing thing was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Their responses were unhelpful, dismissive, and very rude. It's essential for any business to treat its customers with respect and courtesy, and IGO's staff failed big time in this. I won't recommend the IGO store to anyone. No wonder why IGO is not famous as other Indian grocery stores here.PS - I must warn you that never ever buy vegetables, fruits and coconuts from here!! They claim FRESH but it is so opposite to that.

It is near to a residential area and is a savior for many Indians for groceries. U find everything here and as well the freshly made chaat, panipuri, samosas, rotisserie, curries, snacks etc...veggies are a little expensive and not so great. I don't know when they dump fresh stock. So going on weekends is like u won't find much fresh stock. Aisles are empty sometimes. They run freebies sometimes, maybe during festivals.

Vegetables are generally rotten and smelly most of the time. Good for other grocery.Staff at counters is rude and unfriendly. Don’t even carry a smile on their faces. Also have prices discrepancy, labels says something else and then charge something else when you reach counter.Kitchen staff is really good and polite.

Nice store for anyone looking to get safe and healthier food alternatives. Just remember, all the thousand brands of spices you see in different stores all come from india and are packed in Long Island ...

Well maintained. Parking lot is small, very busy in weekends. You have to wait at least 15-20 minutes for billing, billing counters are only 4-5. This causes delay when it’s rush. Rice is shortage so their prices are increased. And they kept limit 1 bag per person

I have been to this place for over 6 years now, periodically. They have grown to be expensive in recent times, though the rest chains seem to be cheaper in and around the area. This includes all the vegetables, they aren't fresh either. In addition the staff at the counter seem to be so unfriendly, which doesn't help the cause.Chains like Costco, BJs don't provide carry bags to keep the cost cheaper, if these guys aren't offering products for lesser price, why don't they offer bags.

Good place to get your groceries from. Remember not to forget cash or card because Apple Pay doesn’t work at this place and for snacks definitely must try item is their jalapeño cheese samosa.

They have some stuff but I feel like there's other grocery stores that may have a larger selection of goods. Let's see how it all works once I taste the food. I will say this, they always have large bags of fresh spinach, like 6 pound large bags. Great find when you're making anything fresh

Old and expired products are sold here. Please do not waste your money and time and go to other stores which have quality goods. There are plenty in that area.
