Love the Staff they are very understanding and helpful. The Director and the owner are Very professional and great with the kids with teaching them and caring for them. And creating so much activity with different things so kids get to enjoy. My son and daughter are so happy to stay there.

A place where your child is encouraged to be themselves and know that they can do anything they put their minds to. My Daughter has excelled in the past 4 months and has so much fun.

I Can Kids is a very good childcare center where the children have been given utmost priority. The teachers are doing an excellent job. Highly recommend this place…

Our experience with i can kids is beyond expectations and it is one of the best decisions we have made. As new parents, we are very lucky to get enrolled here. The staff are professional and friendly. Seeing our two year old strive means everything and really speaks for itself. Highly recommend

This place is horrible! The owner has no clue how to run a business. I’m surprise she has 2 other locations. I know the other school Kidz Lagoon is just as bad! I wouldn’t recommend none of the schools this lady (Julie) owns! Money is all she cares about! She treats her staff poorly and blames them for her lack of responsibilities.

My children and I have had the worst experience here. Ms Julie is very unprofessional and admitted to always hiring the worst employees. She cried to me and many parents about how her employees were getting worst and worst every hire. I started to noticed a change in my children’s behavior because they weren’t being treated right. Fights broke out in front of the children and causing injuries to the toddlers. I can literally go on about Ms Julie, Ms Christine and a few other employees that never lasted so I never had a chance to get their names, but the only good part is I took my children out of I can kids and actually have positive feedback about their behavior and I see how much happier my kids are now that they changed school. Terrible experience, terrible management and teachers.

I would not recommend at all!!! The owner doesn’t know how to run a daycare. There has been numerous incidents with the state being involved. Teachers just fought yesterday and no parents were aware of what was going on. I thank God I transferred my kids when I did. Would not recommend!! Not safe at all!

I wish I could give negative stars. I have debated on even posting this because it’s been over a year now and I was hoping that I would feel better, but I don’t. The effects of what my children experienced at this facility are still present in our lives. And someone recently asked me about this facility and I suddenly felt that I needed to not only tell them, but anyone who is considering sending their children there, what happened. During the pandemic I was working for a hospital and considered and essential worker. Since my children could not attend school and I could not stay home with them and help them with remote learning, they had to attend child care. I spoke with the director at I Can Kidz and explained the situation. I also explained, in detail, that my youngest has a language disorder and neurological delay and that she required a lot of support with remote learning. They assured me they would help her. They lied. Instead of a staff member assisting my daughter with virtual school, they say her next to her older sister, who also had her own online schooling to do, and left my older daughter to help her little sister. No adult helped with school. No adult helped when my first grader with special needs was melting down and unable to follow the virtual classroom nor could she effectively communicate her frustration without help. Instead, they left her in the care of my sixth grader, who was also trying to navigate remote learning. My first grader was distressed and upset. Due to the stress of this situation, my sixth grader developed anxiety and a neurological tick which also lead to depression. Her doctors even directly related her condition to the trauma of this experience. When I was finally able to pull them out and put them in a good child care, they were broken. My youngest got in the car and said “I never go to I Can Kids again!” I tried to talk to the staff and director but I never got a true or straight answer. They said they would take care of my children. They didn’t. They said they would help. They didn’t. Instead, they made the entire situation way, way worse. I don’t know how they are as a regular child care, but they did not help us, they harmed my children.

I would recommend this place to any parent who wants their children to have an amazing childhood! In my opinion, these kids were advanced socially, emotionally, and intellectually compared to other children in other places. All the teachers were so warm and welcoming inviting us to see the family feel child care center they are always open for conversation, empathetic and transparent. If I ever have concerns about my kids they are always available to assist, work with us and ultimately foster love with patience. They have a nice playground that the kids love playing on when it is nice outside and a large open room to run around in when it is raining or too cold to be outside. Along with the day-to-day activities, they are always doing special things around the holidays for the kids/parents (christmas program, easter egg hunt, valentines etc).

We have been an I Can Kids' family for over 6 years. My oldest started when she was just a few months old and will now be starting first grade next week (and is a math and reading wiz). My youngest has 1 more year before she heads off to kindergarten and we know it will be the best year yet at I Can Kids. She is excited to be one of the big kids this school year. The teachers and directors are amazing. We LOVE Miss Nicole, Miss Tracy, Miss Norley and Miss Nusrat. They have been a constant at the daycare from day one. They really get to know the kids and communicate with the parents amazingly. The Tadpole app is amazing, getting daily pictures and updates is great. Being able to check the app/email right after picking your child up is ideal. You can ask them specific questions about their day.We love I Can Kids!!!

As a stay at home mom going back to work for the first time, I had very mixed feelings about putting my just turned 2 year old in a daycare. After visiting many where my son refused to even leave my side, I Can Kids was the first place that he actually wanted to be at, and left me to have lunch with the 3 year olds! He has always felt very comfortable here, and Ms. Betsey and the rest of the staff are always there to answer any questions you may have and work with you regarding what you want out of your experience here.
