One of the tax professional in this branch is rude and doesn't pay attention to my tax situation. As a result i lost unnecessarily around $1000 tax credit. We are paying $250 as tax filing fees in the hope that we will receive a professional service. But this man is behaving like kids. I told him my dependent ITIN may have expired, but this guy doesn't care and i did not get that credit.

I have been going to this office and working with my tax advisor for three or four years. I am very satisfied with the service, information, and support that I received.When i first went to this office, i had a poorly and confusing return prepared. My tax advisor spent a lot of time sorting out what was prepared and redoing it.I have been working with him since and have always been happy with how thorough he is and how well he explains the details of my return.I definitely recommend this office.
