The manager never returns phone calls or emails. I was also given wrong information by harish Patel and I believe my taxes were filed wrong because it's been 3 months and still no taxes back yet

Great service and peace of mind…. I have to say as a hrb client for several years this will be my last year. HRB customer service has gotten very bad, very bad and I will not be back next year
