Conveniently located in Menlo Park mall. Cant believe I never went inside this shop. I really liked it this time. Lots and lots of men’s showrooms but H&M is really affordable. Price was really good . Got some tshirts for 9.99. And the quality was good.
Service was ok. Could be better .. billing can be a bit quick . Got some tshirts and shorts for my kid and itt for him well. Spent a decent amount for clothing . Liked it overall. ??

I went to buy leggings went I got home I realized they were thighs they are folded same way everything is mixed went back to the store to return them and I was not allowed to do it because is considered under garment, I spoke to the manager or whoever was in charge, she said is the back of the receipt sorry you need to let me know before I make the purchase or put signs, hnm have you heard about making exceptions! I lost $17.99 if this place I was so mad with this woman I left them so she could do whatever she wants.. HNM MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW RETURN POLICY BEFORE THEY SPENT THEIR MONEY IN THIS ITEMS..

Went and found a few things however this is certainly quick fashion as it is lower quality and good maybe for a season or two. I got the gray sweater in this picture and the black dress. Prices were good and store had lots of inventory. The dressing room is large but it has a lot of small rooms. Some items seem very young however that’s ok since some shoppers are young lol.
