My wife recently spent around $900 on new tires that came with the road hazard coverage. When one tire kept loosing air, we took it back and learned that the tire needed to be replaced. After waiting almost an entire day, she went to pick up her car and was told that she had to pay an additional $68!!! Needless to say she was not happy to learn that there was a charge at all after spending around $120 extra for the hazard coverage.
If you are thinking of using this location, I strongly suggest you find out all the charges coming your way as had we known of the fees involved, we might have had other options to pursue.

I had e few service done to my car and one of them was brake flush. When Walter velez gave me the key went inside of my car and felt the break pedal was very light, went inside of Goodyear and spoke with the mechanic that did my work and I told him it might have air in the break line. and he check it and said is fine, so i took he’s word and drove home than I turned around cause my break pedal was light, is like I didn’t have break at all. I explained to Walter velez. They check it again. Finally was done. Mechanic said break line had air so they did it manually. I am not a mechanic but I have an idea how it work. Mechanic in Goodyears needs to be on point.

Used to live this place for the genuine service and pricing..But recently I had a flat tire they charged 50$ and tire rotation 50$ which is double the charge I usually pay at Mavis or Firestone .. never coming back again !

used to love this place but the last time they did my oil they tried to sell me 3 things and quoted me $1,400
1. Power steering repair (I don't even have power steering)
2. Said my coolant was "empty" (it definitely was not)
3. Said my brakes were "gone" in the rear (I replaced them two months before the appointment)

Visited this Good Year location for a replacement tire. The front store representative was completely rude dispute not asking about my vehicles tire size. He immediately turned me away. He refuses to identify himself when I asked for his name and told me to have a good day. I would understand if I arrived 10min before closing; however this was 6pm when they close at 7pm. Do not visit this store for tire repair. They will turn you away without even considering tire availability. I used to use Goodyear for all my tires, not anymore. Poor service.

We got a flat tire on our way to the Jersey shore and miraculously made it to Goodyear. They were friendly, fast, and went the extra mile to help us. Highly recommend!

Wouldn't let me finish my sentence, interrupted couldn't help me, without me even explaining what's wrong, very rude. Missed out on my business, no worries went up the road to Mavis and got me all set.

I received first rate service, totally professional, with a recent wheel bearing replacement. Service Manager George was excellent, explanatory and joined the technician in multiple test drives to diagnose the problem and lastly, ensure successful work completion.

Dealing with george was great. Helped me out in replacing a tire that couldnt be prepared, made sure i got the best price vs online & was in and out in under an hour.
Would definitely be back for service again if needed

Went to get an oil change and the employees behind the counter told me they don't have the type of oil that my car needs...for a honda civic? I asked for a recommendation of somewhere that would have what I need and they told me that no one. Anywhere. Would be able to service my car for an oil change. Because no one makes the type of oil my car needs. What a joke. Don't waste your time here.
