I love Bell Pharmacy. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful. I like that they have gifts and birthday/holiday cards available. You can also play lottery there.

Well I'm the one who didn't listen,when Everyone was going here. Telling me to bring my perscription information here, for monthly fillings. So now I go here. The pharmacists care, they communicate with you regarding your meds & answer All your questions. No double checking their work , when you bring your meds home, they are all there. Friendly atmosphere & associates are helpful & polite, as well as welcoming, friendly & also interested in helping you & making sure your purchase is complete & correct ! I'm Thrilled I finally took my business here. I'll be a loyal customer. Thanx for all everyone does. If you are in need of a pharmacy, Bell is the place to go !

My family has been using Bell for three generations, and they took such good care of my late mother through her 9 year cancer battle and my late grandparents with their various illnesses. My uncle and I still use Bell! I prefer independent, small, mom and pop type pharmacies to chain pharmacies like Rite Aid, CVS, etc- and Bell exemplifies why. Small pharmacies like Bell get to know you and are there for you when you need help, whereas chain pharmacies are way too robotic, impersonal, and by the book. Bell even saved my late grandmother’s life once because they knew her well and had her allergies documented in their system. She was deathly allergic to pencillin and had been prescribed an antibiotic; she brings it to Bell and the pharmacist tells her a in a few minutes that she absolutely cannot taken this medication- it has penicillin in it! Had she been at any other pharmacy that didn’t know her and her history like family, we might have lost her that day (or at least had a scary trip to the ER to save her life). I moved from Highland Park to Somerset three years ago and don’t drive; there’s plenty of pharmacies closer than Bell to where I am now and I still use Bell. Best of all, they accommodate me and will deliver all of the way to me in Somerset. Though the team of pharmacists and techs is completely different now than it was when my mother and grandparents were alive, the newer staff is still great and takes good care of me. I highly recommend Bell Pharmacy to anyone living near the Edison/Highland Park area looking for a small mom and pop type pharmacy that will treat you like family, I highly recommend Bell Pharmacy! I plan to stick with them until I move out of state/out of the area!

My family has been going to Bell fo almost 20 years since we moved to NJ. The people are always very nice and professional. They answer our questions and always helpful. It is nice to have a local pharmacy, and be able to support them while they are surrounded by the big national chains.

I love this pharmacy, because my daughter has a special prescription it can’t be filled at a pharmacy such as CVS, Walgreens or Rite Aid. They always fill her prescription automatically and the offer services like mail or delivery. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they always have great deals on vitamins that I get for myself.

I call to make sure a medication was going to be ready to be pick up on Sat. 12pm and when I call on Sat. I was told that is was going to be ready by Monday and the staff told me that I have to call other big pharmacies to send the medication to them since the medication I need is back order. No going back again.

I had an allergic reaction to a medication they filled for me yesterday. I checked and found that it was from a different manufacturer. This morning the pharmacist checked and said they had the other and to bring back what I didn't use. When I got there, the pharmacist said she never told me to come in. They would have it for tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened to me. They substitute with another brand (maybe it's cheaper and they benefit? I don't know.) but I was treated with such disrespect. The pharmacist never looked me in the eye, kept looking at computer instead. My history at this pharmacy goes back to when Mr. Bell owned the store, then Sharon and her husband (sorry I can't remember his name at the moment) took over when he left. 50 years ago I worked there as a young mother of two little ones before they went to school . Then Tony took over and I feel so betrayed that he left this pharmacy in the wrong hands to provide good neighborhood service. I will never again get a prescription filled there. And if you do, be careful!

Will NEVER go to another pharmacy again!! Bell pharmacy is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly appreciate their customers! My daughter Amila needed medicine that was one she couldn’t keep down and they made it work! Thank you so much Bell Pharmacy for your exceptional service!
