Visited this place for the first time today and had very positive experience.
What rocked -
1. Courteous staff, 2. Free cleaning wipes, 3. Modern, automated cleaning paraphernalia, 4. Well maintained, 5. Value for money monthly plans
What could be better -
1. Machines do not reach all crevices such as around c pillars (I see a point that Teams for example has human wipers, but that would also increase service charges).
USP - Ample vacuum docks and pretty evident from busy bay below that if you want to clean inside as well, this place deserves a try. It’s feee and much powerful than those coin operated vacuums elsewhere.

The service is friendly but never going there again. I went today for the ultimate car wash on my Acura MDX (first time washing this car here) and the paint by my rear door was clipped.
Plus, I found some micro scratches and abrasions on the car. Sometimes as expected from a car wash, but to have the paint chipped was definitely a different experience.

Very stained, from 6 dollars that they charged from one day to the next they raised it to 11...it is a theft and they don't wash the machines properly.

I almost doubt if all the 5 star reviews for this car wash are manipulated... here is my take on it.
First warning - make sure your credit card is not getting double charged.
If they charge you more and you catch them doing so, they will not return the money, instead they will ask you to extend your membership to cover the additional charges.
Pros -
Good clean facility
Free vacuum stations are good
Staff is friendly
Cons -
1. Financial model is a rip off. They kept charging my credit card for two memberships instead of one.
2. Customer service is email only and will never refund money.
3. No cancellation of monthly membership at the facility, online only.
4. Car Wash is very basic. The lower portion of the car doesn't get cleaned well. Any tough stain will not be gone.

Stop going to this place! The manager and the regional manager of this place is a joke. The reason why I gave one star is because there is no option for 0 star. I had my Tesla car washed in the place and got hit back the car behind me which caused my one month new car scratched just because I was not able to drive my car couple of seconds earlier than the light switched from green to red. And they put all responsibility on me without any specific notice saying it has to drive out of the place as quick as possible or keep the safe distance between each car or has any sensor put in place to prevent this kind of incident happened. And either the field manager or general manager is very rude and arrogant and will throw that attitude to you. If you DO NOT want your car get collided by another car and get yourself anxiety attack, DO NOT go to this place! Period.
