Don’t even waste your time. I was looking for a new shop for all my bmws. The older employee man is the most uninterested person ever, seemed clueless, and not helpful at all. Seemed promising but there are better places.

Went to get an estimate of my bmw headlight repair. Definitely cheaper than the dealer ship pricing. Great advice from the owner and I will be going back to them for my bmw servicing for sure.

Went for service A on my 2023E450
After paying $267.62 I was driving back to home when the Service A overdue by 126 days prompt came up. I drove back to the shop and told the guy at the counter. He went back and came back after few mins and told me they could not reset it as they did not have the new software.
He suggested that I take it to the dealership to get it reset.
When i brouught in the car they should ha e told me that they will not be abble to reset that and if not then atleast they ahould have told me when i picked the car.
Very unproffesional service and now i am stuck with this unless i take to the dealer and pay some $500 for tge service.

Paid over $8000 for a repair, which in itself was done correctly; however, one motor mount nuts was never replaced and left on the fender, allowing the engine to move around freely for months until the issue was finally discovered. Employees need to be double checking that the t’s are slashed and the i’s are dotted when doing work. Beyond disappointed.

German car shop was the only shop that was able to diagnose and fix the mystery issue I've had for months which other shops couldn't fix. My Red 1994 500 SL loves Sergio, he makes this baby purr if it were a cat, nice place Rob is also great guy , all helpful and knowledgeable . I'm glad it is not a BMW because that stands for BRING MONEY WITH YOU . Just a joke. Bring all your German cars here they are Worth it.
