I walked in because I wanted to but my daughter a couple pairs of sweats. There were 3 girls behind the cash wrap talking, not one of them said hello when I walked in. I walked All the way to the back and never was asked if I needed help. I walked out while the girls continued there conversation. They didn’t even say have a good day or goodbye. I work on retail and that is terrible customer service. Honestly with online shopping so accessible they should be trying a little more to make a sale. I wound up buying at Forever 21 instead.

The clothes here are amazing I love shopping here but wow the workers here are sooooo rude horrible customer service. It’s honestly the company you guys don’t train them well. No greeting smiling asking if u need help nothing lol they’ll watch you struggle to find a size too.

Great customer service, I was looking for gifts for my nieces and the workers were very helpful in putting together outfits for me, I would definitely go back, knowing I will get the best help

worst customer service ever. there’s these girls who keep giving dirty looks to me like I did something wrong. idk if it’s because of my English or what. they didn’t stop staring at me so I stared at them back and now they got a problem with it. It’s like when they do it it’s fine and when I do it back it’s not. They acted like they didn’t care at first and when it comes to me paying for my stuff she adds like 40 more dollars to an item that she thought I wouldn’t notice but I did??♀️. Confronted them about their attitude.

The rudest employees I’ve ever encountered… they all need to learn some respect and not be so passive aggressive towards customers. Especially this one tall girl with long black hair. Super disrespectful and no type of class. Get that high school mentality out of your head and act like an adult.

Never felt so judge in my entire life. They were so mean and when I asked a question I received the dirtiest look like I did something wrong. I don’t know if they didn’t like how I looked but I just came out of work so obviously I’m not going to look all that good. The workers looked so miserable and judgmental, I guess they just hire anyone. Can’t ever walk into that store again. Don’t waste your time going to this garage.

the store itself is great however one of the workers is horrible. she had to be one of the managers as she approved returns/exchanges. i don’t typically make reviews but i was very unsatisfied. i had bought sweatpants and didn’t realize the bottoms were flared since i only tried on one and i don’t like trying on a lot because of covid. i decided to exchange it but she told me it was the wrong receipt. i looked at it and the prices were unmatched so she was right about that. she then asked me if i still wanted the shirt i wanted to exchange it with, meaning that was the end of it. i left and read the policy. if there’s no receipt, you can still exchange it for the lowest price the item is selling for. she failed to tell me this? i went back and was able to exchange. she had the biggest attitude with me.

I was asked if I want a bag for the clothes I purchased. I said yes she said it’s 10 cents. Ridiculous so if I don’t pay the 10 cents I have to walk around the mall holding 2 pairs of jeans? How would I go into other stores ! They would think I was stealing merchandise! I’m sure the company can afford bags for their customers for clothing. I can see paying at a supermarket. I not dragging milk into a clothing store
