However we were pleasantly greeted by Moshe, then Tina came by and went way above and beyond to assist us, she is an innate designer and helped us match colors and spent an hour with us figuring out which pieces would fit into our space.Brian was super friendly and patiently worked out every detail for us.The furniture is top notch quality - was an amazing experience with superb customer service!”

And this is close to Menlo mall and other shops. Love shopping here. Hassle free returns . Love the service in returns and pickup area . It gets a bit crowded in weekends and other holidays . Lots of parking outside . Fantastic location . Good selection of items ..”

100 Parsonage Rd, Edison“Kai and Nadyeh were very professional, patient, and invested in my complex issue. I bought a tampered product which did not include the contents labeled on the box. I went back to return it within the hour. Kai took the time to let me explain and digest my information before telling me what he could and could not do. He kept me informed while he tried to find a reasonable resolution. We tagged in customer relations for help via phone support (A completely unconcerned woman, who I admittedly kept on the the phone until we got to a resolution.) She acknowledged my problem but told me: "Too bad, you are out the $150 you spent because that SKU is labeled as non-returnable" and she said she will let the Target company leaders know so they can look into the quality of the product... SERIOUSLY!? Nadyeh overcame computer system hurdles and a busy store and met me emotionally and professionally where I needed because she could see how upset the situation was making me. Kai and Nadyeh are customer experience champions who made a situation where I would have called-out Target on social media into one where I am leaving 5 stars despite my poor experience with the purchase/return. Please keep empowering your frontline employees to make adjustments without lack-luster phone support because they are much more qualified to make these business-impacting decisions. The store was clean and well-staffed, and employees at the checkout lanes was a pleasant change from other retailers.”
“I am joining Joe club as well!! ? She is an amazing rep!! She had all the patience to answer all your questions! She had no personal interest of commission and offered us the best price she could !! It’s hard to find passionate people now. She is surely one of THE BEST!! About prices at Mattress Firm they are kind of competitive and the only edge is that they deliver quicker than samsclub or Costco! The down side is if you are not satisfied you have to pay for shipping and restocking. Rest is good!!”
