Amazing service, I think giving up your car for work is always scary and a hit or miss! But they truly did everything I wanted, exactly how I wanted! Very great experience and couldn’t recommend the place more!

In my opinion , super professional and easy to approach them. quality of work is excellent . They fix any issues right the way ,if any . Also, they have a life time warranty on their work. It says a lot about their quality of work. Furthermore, they always kept me update about my car. This is my second time working with them on my rav4 2019 , I would take it again if needed ?????

I had my car repaired there. Everything was fine until I went to pay for it. They would not take my debit card when the insurance company sent the funds to debit card. I was very disappointed on how the situation unfolded. Not sure if I would ever go there again.

Cheated. This is insurance fraud. Alexis (alleged claims specialist) informed me that he would take care of all repairs. However, when I received the car, the estimate for repair was highly inflated (my garage down the street would have done it for 25% of the price) and he did not repair my passenger side mirror - even when specifically informed of the damage during the inspection. He called to say that "everything was fixed." I drove off thinking that everything had been done., When I reached home, I called the shop - of course they would not answer (!). Allstate Insurance has apparently paid the claim. I will be asking them to take this business off their list. I will also ask the NJDOBI to investigate his credentials. The process with Frankie's, GEICO, and Enterprise was seamless. They said it would be done in three days, but it was done in two, and the work looks brand new.
