I had a box truck hit my car in the back. Trunk and entire back end smashed. Both lights were broken. Took it to Frankie's and they did a fabulous job. Car looks great and you'd never know. They were fast and efficient. The woman I worked with was very nice and accomodating. Also Alex was amazing. Very friendly, professional and kind. Great job!!

Took my audi here almost 9 years ago (July 2015) and what a nightmare! My car sat for weeks! They kept getting the wrong parts for front-end damage. And I was told they were going to replace everything. But they didn't...they left my old headlights in, and just tried to clean them up a bit, but charged for new ones and when I finally received my car back, my headlights were not aligned properly and since its an audi it lets you know this. I went back and showed them and they told me it was like that, then after showing them videos of my car's interior and exterior at their shop the day I dropped it off, they saw it didn't have that display message, but still wouldn't admit it. They said well you can leave it here and when we get to it we get to it (no time frame whatsoever) I didnt have the energy to argue with them because I was planning my mother's untimely funeral (they knew this and didnt care). I honestly should have sued but I didn't. I only take my car to ultimate collision now. I mean this was 9 years ago so they could be better now, for me it left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak, so proceed with caution!

Amazing service, I think giving up your car for work is always scary and a hit or miss! But they truly did everything I wanted, exactly how I wanted! Very great experience and couldn’t recommend the place more!
