Customer service at the register was HORRIBLE. employee was very rude. I had my bag thrown at me with the shoes in it.the force from the throw caused the gift cards on the counter to fall with such intensity When I went to scan my FLX on the phone she grabbed the phone out of my hand and help my phone hostage. This was out of hand.Did not give me a receipt. When I went back for it I got it thrown at me! Is this how you treat your customers? The girl had blonde hair with a part. Semi darkskin. GET HER OUT OF THERE. YAVELY M SHOULD BE FIRED!!

Shawn Helped Me out picking out the right size shoes. I really wanted the black and white panda dunks, but they didn’t have my size. Shawn personally took his off his feet and gave them to me for half price! He told me it was no big deal, he didn’t mind riding his bike home in socks. He made my day

This place is a horrible place they have horrible workers and they do not respect the costumers. We tried to return brand new shoes that we didn’t use once and they said no because we come here to much. The quality is even so bad that once I bought nike’s and I found dirt under it. I am giving you this advise because if you like this place and you go to this place a lot, like I use to they will disappoint you and I am telling you this because I am sure that you will loose your money the way I did, so I will never visit this place again.

This is store is horrible I tried buying some shoes that were just released and I had to wait 1hour until they gave it to me but the wires thing is that other people were getting it and they had no problem buying the shoe. Bother thing is that the workers there are disrespectful my mother was talking to them she is not that very good in English so they keeped makeing fun of her becouse she tried to tell them something but she did not know how to the manger came and it turns out for him to be disrespectful to and this is not the first time me talking to a manger that was disrespectful in this store and multiple times I bought a shoe that was already dirty and so i returned them but the last time I did they said no becouse I made them dirty but as I said they came like that what I am trying to say is the workers there are so disrespectful so take my advice and never go to this store it is horrible

Very rude customer service I went on Sunday with my family there are shirts on special but are folded so I was checking which one should I buy the tall dark skin sales guy come and stopped me and talk very rudely that why I am checking folded shirts he was very rude will never visit this store .

I have been shopping regularly at Menlo Park Footlocker for at least the last 2 years. During this time there has been management change and for the worse. The current staff makes me extremely uncomfortable any time I ask for a specific shoe. For example, there was a recent La Melo Ball Puma sneaker releasing. I asked the store manager the night before if they would be selling them tomorrow since it was the release date. He said they did not receive them. It turned out they had them the whole time and they sold them when they opened the next day. I did not get a pair unfortunately because he and his staff lie to anyone they think is a "reseller". Despite their distain for "resellers", they should treat ALL customers with the highest quality customer service. Considering I spend about a thousand dollars in this store a week I would think I would be considered a valued customer...Today, I walked by to see two individuals buying a dunk. I looked around the ENTIRE store but there was no Nike Dunk Low on display anywhere. I asked a manager if they had any dunks only to have him reply with a "No, we don't have any dunks". The crazy thing is that Menlo Park Mall Foot Locker has had over 130 Racer Blue Dunks in their inventory for weeks. They were selling that dunk to those two individuals even though is was never displayed. This is called backdooring and it means those people were contacting to come purchase it. After asking 3 times for that dunk they finally sold it to me. The female who sold it to me had to ask her manager "Am I allowed to sell him one?". I don't understand what happened to this store but it's awful and it's clear that many(if not all) managers are resellers themselves and/or are taking money from people for the opportunity to purchase highly south after items.Its unfortunate this is the closest Foot Locker near my home because I would like to shop somewhere else. I will likely take my business elsewhere.

We found a tiny pair of air jordans we decided to buy, but no price tag. We tried to snag a worker, but they were avoiding us, or acting super busy. We had to go up to the counter to ask about other sizes and price. Lots of cute shoes, but employees seamed tired or lazy.
