They have a great variety of sneakers including hot ticket items (Jordan, Adidas) and many styles that I couldn't find on line AJ1 High True Blue and AJ13 True Blue. Both of these models are sold out on Nike.com and we're a special SNKRS drop and sold it within minutes. Good to see JD have such great selection. The salespeople were helpful and no pressure. Great shopping experience.

The process to return items purchased online was easy peezy. The flow of the store invites customers to look around and take it all in, even if it wasn't their intention to shop other items. I found the sales associates on the floor to be very attentive (and cute) but perhaps a bit overzealous. I guess that's their job.

The teenagers running this place has zero courtesy or knowledge of what they are doing, asked about a shoes size, they said available and you will find it at the register ready for checkout, waiting in line 30 minutes, just for them to start looking for it for another 15 minutes, in the end they said they dont have this size. Never coming back to this place or online

First timer. We always pass by this shop but never tried it . It was good . Product wise they had good stuff but a little bit expensive .. not much of deals . A Nike hoodie was about 50$ … not cheap. Service was good . Overall an average experience

I has searched everywhere for the Jordan 11s and almost gave up until I called here and Rolonda actually said they had them. He set them aside for me so no one sold it till I got there. Great customer service

I have always brought sneakers from JD Sports online. I received some Vapor Max's and the were used. Lint balls all over the sneakers and not in the plastic wrapping that usually accompanies any NIKE sneaker. They had the to tell me the way we can fix this is for you to return the sneakers and we can send you a replacement sneaker after we receive your sneakers that you are replacing. First of all you should have never sent me any "used" sneakers when I am paying $200 for a pair of sneakers. Are you kidding me? This will be the last time that I order anything from JD Sports, ever! Poor way to handle a loyal customer.

Chris is very polite as well as his employees.. I was very upset when I saw a particular negative review about him…just because I knew the individual who posted it. Happens to be the person DIDNT win a raffle and they got upset, so they decided to leave negative feedback about the manager which happens to be Chris.. it’s wrong because it’s his job and his reputation.. JD SPORTS WILL ALWAYS HAVE MY BUSINESS!!!THE STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT!!!!
