The absolute worst shipping service. It arrives in NJ and then just sits there for days. I hate when I see a company shipped my item SmartPost. I know it will take forever to get delivered.

I placed an order on December 22nd 2023. It got shipped on December 26. Original delivery date was December 30th. package had a Shipment exception on December 28th due to weather conditions which was understandable. The delivery date was still set for December 30th. No updated to the package. On December 30th when the day was over, the package went into “ delivery pending “ for a few days. Then I contacted the company that shippped my items and they told me if 10 business days have passed and there’s no updates it’s considered lost. So then I started to see an update on my package on January 3ard. I saw an update that said the delivery date was set for January 5th which was today. The last update was January 3ard. today is January 5th and I haven’t gotten my package. then I get a notification/text saying my package has a rescheduled delivery date for Saturday instead of Friday. I ordered my items on the 22nd of December and it’s January 5th, I’m growing very inpatient. there has been two 2 changed delivery dates. I contacted FedEx and they were no help. I was told that I have to contact the company that shipped out my package using smart post because they would have more information. I then contacted the company and I was told that FedEx is the one that handles my deliveries not them. FedEx has been going downhill lately. I used to trust FedEx but now I look at them like USPS. Very unreliable. I had lots of issues with FedEx in the past. So basically I have to wait un whenever they feel like delivering my package

No other shipping is this slow. No other tracking is this dysfunctional. I will never by from Boscov's online again because they use this service. Zola sometimes uses this and it is horrible when they do, no updates arrival date disappears after being concerned it is coming while you are out and no updates on anything for several days.My recent package was supposed to be delivered on a Friday and doesn't appear any longer on Saturday.If you are cheap, just use USPS media mail, it would be cheaper and possibly faster! At least they don't lie about arrival dates everytime and then ghost the customer!

Still waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It's been sitting at this location for 2 whole days! I cannot stay sequestered in my apartment waiting for FedEx to decide to bring me my items. And if I go out, chances are someone in this building will steal it. That is why you should deliver when you say you will. It minimizes the chance of customers belongings being stolen.

Stop crying about you measles packages. If the freight market wouldn’t be hiking diesel prices truck parts and up the a** and low pay many the you would get you package on time.

I was suppose received a package on Saturday. It now Monday and I finally got a delivery date after I didn't receive it on Saturday. Now it say Wednesday. How can a package travel from one state to another in a day's time but meanwhile this site located 40 mins away from my location and I have to wait 4 days after the delivery date. Great job guys. Btw they had my package since Saturday.

Worst shipping provider ever.The package was scheduled to arrive by the end of the day,2 hours before the end of the day (20:00) I receive an update that it will arrive in two days.Contacting customer service 3 times didn’t help, I couldn’t even pickup my package from one of their facilities, and the representative didn’t provide me the facility’s number. Also, it is almost impossible to reach to a human representative when calling the customer service.Overall stay away.

ABSOULTELY WORST SHIPPING METHOD IN THE UNIVERSE! Already 12 days from Midwest to NY. Stuck in some state for 4 days with no updates, then it moves a bit, and now it's one state away and STILL HAS YET to reach the post office which then take their sweet time. This is like a turtle delivering to a snail. Why does FedEx tracking have an ETA if that arrival is the post office, and not the customer! Thank you Hammacher Schlemmer, for choosing to use the cheapest, bottom of the barrel shipping method. I'll be sure to stay clear of any retailer that uses this "Smart" post as well as the similar UPS Innovations.

FedEx please am asking y'all kindly I need my 2 package that stock at the wearhouse and not moving for 3 months now.. y'all are forcing me to drive out there to have a serious conversation with y'all...at this point I think y'all are stealing people package!!!! the worst Carrier ever why don't yall just don't close down y'all business... cause this is not working out.
