Absolutely horrible experience every time when I go here for FedEx drop off. Most of the time no one there to processes it. YOU SHOULD CLOSE THIS LOCATION IF CANT RUN THE BUSINESS. Please don’t waste your time going there.

Wish I could give negative stars! Waste of time they have printers but they won’t use them! I had a barcode ready but they did not want to print out the sticker for me!

Everytime this location comes up my search and wasting my time. I visited few times here but never able to send parcels. Either I won't find anyone in the kiosk or they won't accept because they can't print postage sticker. I have to remember next time I have to skip this location and directly drive to next location.
