I purchased an incorrect charging cable. I tried to return it without the receipt. Was told can't do it without a receipt. Found the receipt. Went back the next day and was told can't return it because it was open. Can only exchange for the same one. The Asst Manager had to read the policy on the back of a sign that was posted next to the In door. $10 purchase that I can't do anything with because sign it not posted next to electronics and nothing stated on the receipt about the policy.

That's it I have absolutely had it with you. Keep jacking those prices up until you go out of business altogether. $2.75 for a two liter of Pepsi while $2 at Walmart= BYE!! You will be losing hundreds each month from me alone and I will be urging everyone else to go anywhere else. Anywhere.

It is not a real dollar store. Almost everything is very expensive, many items are much more expensive than Aldi or even Walmart.

store 09338 once again did not accept my family dollar gift card 6208 3083 1286 6542 ibcw once again for the third time store 09338 did not accept my gift car 6208 3083 1286 6542!! the next step i will take is to contact better business bureau and yelp and everyone else i can to let everyone know that this is fraud!! i called your costomer service number again today and it was confirmed that the card still has $6.21 on it. i recorded my conversation and brought it to the store with the actual audio confirming the amount. once again it continues to reject it "error". what is the problem.?? this is totally not acceptable and next i will contact your office on monday, and post my rejected transaction onevery website i can...facebook, instagram, etc!!i brought an audio also to let the store confirming the $6.51 balanceI LIVE IN EDISON, NEW JERSEY....DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU ARE POSTING MY ADDRESS IN CALIFORNIA!!

This Family Dollar is sometimes a good place to go. When I say sometimes... That goes for everything there. Good customer service...Sometimes! Got a lot of supplies....Sometimes! Do they give cash back....Sometimes! How about good prices......Sometimes! So that's why I shop there sometimes. Hey got to eat right. Haha

I have lived down the road from this Family Dollar for 8 years now. My house was in need of tissues, napkins and mouthwash so I arrived at the store approximately at 1:00 to see the truck being unloaded. Entering the store I checked the shelves for the items, they weren't there so I decided to wait. In a bit I asked the "manager" about those items and he told me I would have to wait till he finished unloading the truck. Later, around 3:00 I asked him if the items were on the shipping list. He told me he doesn't get those. Having worked in other stores I know that to be a lie so I asked him again. He told me to leave the store before he would be forced to call the police. Stay away from Family Dollar on Woodbridge Avenue in Edison, NJ.

In spite of its name \"Family Dollar\" is not a.dollar store, though they carry some $1 items. Here you can find nice variety of groceries, frozen items, cleaning supplies, dog food, electronics, gift cards, make-up, clothing, shoes, greeting cards, stationary and more. Prices are affordable and products (especially the store brands) are of good quality. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Accessible by public transportation (NJ Transit bus 814).?❤️???
