Love this gym. The trainers are so helpful and always make sure you’re doing the exercise correctly. The hours are very flexible. Coming here a month and I am loving the results.

If you are looking to train with the best this is the place. I have completed more than 70 classes and the results are amazing. I have cut down on body fat, gained strength, stamina and now targeting to gain muscle. Coach Gabe, Michael, Keren have been very supportive and have been guiding me with my form and have always motivated me to better myself. Gabe has been also helping me with my goals with regular follow ups and making required changes in my diet. Thank you all. Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve taken 10+ classes at F45 in South Edison and I’m glad that I started here. Coaches are great and Coach Gabe has been so motivating and is super helpful! They are very aware of everyone’s posture and limits, making sure you have good form and technique to avoid hurting yourself. You can expect a call/check in every once in a while from them to see how you’re doing, how you’re liking the classes, and when you’re next coming in. If you need someone to hold you accountable and motivate you, this is definitely the place to find that person!

I love this gym ❤️ I have been with F45 Edison more than a year now.. they have variety of workouts and give you options accordingly to your personal needs. The trainers challenge u and push you to do better. In our busy life.. if we have to choose a gym.. I would recommend f45 Edison anytime.

F45 is my home away from home. When I found out they were opening up a studio close to where i live, I signed up right away. Whenever I walk into the studio I am always greeted with a hug or fist bump from the coaching staff. Each and everyone of them push me and challenge me to be the best version of myself.They get to know you on a personal level and truly care about who you are as a person. I love how the workouts are always different and you never know what you are walking into. (Sometimes I’m having too much fun with my friends that I miss the movement I am supposed to be doing ??) F45 has introduced me to a group of girls who I now consider my closest friends. I am thankful for F45 South Edison and the impact it has on my life ❤️

I joined F45 last July. 2022I really like the clases, this is the first time that I have committed to a workout plan that works for me . I've been going for over a year and I have seen a significant transformation(mind and body) as well as a substantial increase in my energy levels. I really like the trainers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly fun and motivated. I would highly recommend giving them a try you won't be disappointed.

I joined F45 last summer and I have to say I finally have found the gym that works for me. I have joined other gyms, I’ve done personal training, live classes from home and none of those have motivated me like F45.As someone who works from home it is an opportunity to get out of the house and be around other people with a goal mindset. F45 South Edison does an amazing job at building community with the challenges they create and the get togethers for their members. Everyone of the coaches, including the Owners, Craig and Melissa, are down to earth and super knowledgeable individuals who will correct your form, motivate you, push you and can have a good laugh with.As for the workouts itself, you can pick between cardio day and weight training. It is a quick 45m where you just come to the gym and bang it out. It will be tough at first, but as you keep consistent, you will see amazing results and your confidence will build.As for the changes in my body, boy am I getting strong and looking leaner. When I joined F45 I was recovering from a sprained ankle and I was too scared and too week to do certain exercises, like jumps. The coaches modified the exercises for me as needed, but as I’ve gotten stronger, I’ve started to gain my confidence back and now I can do box jumps!I highly recommend this gym to those who have busy schedules, want to loose weight and/or get stronger and want to be part of an amazing community.

I have signed up and practically donated money to plenty of gyms before since I never ended up going but nothing compares to F45. I would always fall off the wagon and lose motivation to workout. Everyone at F45 knows you on a first name basis and they really help you achieve your personal fitness goals. No matter what your fitness level is, they have alternate exercises for modifications and are walking around class helping people fix their form or pushing them to not give up during sets. I am more consistent with my fitness routine now and eating healthier. If you’re on the fence of joining, just do it. You won’t regret it!

I never enjoyed going to the gym, until I found F45: now I look forward to every workout. Great staff and coaches create an amazing atmosphere to exercise in, focusing on every one of their members. Highly recommend!

I used to work out at a normal gym and often found myself getting bored of esentially going thru motions. However once I joined up at this gym it changed my way of thinking as I never know what to expect each day. I have seen my strength increased dramatically and most importantly muscle imbalances get fixed. What makes this F45 so great is Craig the owner is all about building community and it shows. The trainers are fully invested in making sure your working out correctly and often converse with everyone . I made a lot of good friends at this gym so I highly recommend it.

This HIIT gym is seriously the best! The way the members come together and form a true community is so inspiring. I’ve made so many friends and between them and the coaches they’ve helped me find a level of confidence I never knew I had. It’s accommodating to all fitness levels and everyone is very welcoming!

Joining F45 here is the best thing i’ve done for myself and my over all health. The workouts change regularly and are never boring. The coaches makes sure your form is correct and help you individually. They also make sure you dont hurt yourself. Its a great atmosphere and the owners are nice and welcoming. Very clean gym. They have exciting challenges and other competitions that helps you reach your goal in teams. i havent looked back. Try the 7 days trial and i promise you wont regret it.

I love my gym! Awesome all around- awesome coaches, facility, equipment and energy! It’s a wonderful HIIT group class experience with awesome *teammates*/ friends that I’ve met during my time with F45! Best day to visit in my opinion is Saturday since it’s cardio and resistance hybrid class with a live DJ. :) hope to see you there!

My first experience with F45 South Edison and have not been disappointed so far!!! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistently positive trainers, loud awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide towels for workouts, water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.
