Item missing from my order, if they EVER respond to my emails or calls Ill remove this review. I will be filing the entire order as a fraudulent charge unless I hear back this week. Ill be suggesting a local shop for our team needs next season.

Great products at a reasonable price but not so great customer service. After messing up our sponsor’s order on 11 team warmups they did say they would order a new one for our sponsor but after several follow up emails to set up a store for our team to purchase additional items there was no response and I was forced to look elsewhere so our team can purchase items for our team. Definitely disappointed overall with the lack of communication.

Truly wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an order on November 25th and was sent a confirmation email with an order tracking number. The tracking number did not work and I was not contacted again by the company. I reached out on December 9th and was assured that my order would be ready and shipped no later than December 15th. By the 26th, I still hadn't heard anything and my attempt to reach out that day went unanswered. I reached out again on the 29th saying that I was going directly to the facility and miraculously my order was ready to be picked up.In the middle of this I had placed a 2nd order for my son which was ready within a week. My order was not customized but my son's was and somehow the 2nd order was ready first.I had already paid for shipping on my first order and refused to pay for shipping again for the 2nd. But when I went to pick up both orders there was zero attempt to even offer to refund my shipping charges, despite me picking them up and not having them actually ship the order.Just awful customer service and an overall terrible experience.

Very dissatisfied with this service and customer service. Placed order on 9/3/22 for some custom sweatshirts for my son's football team. When ordering the website says 7-10 business days for products to ship which 10 business days would have been 9/19/22. I emailed to check on status of the order and received a response from
[email protected] 9/19/22 that orders typically take 2 weeks to ship which was inline with the 7-10 business days on the website. On 9/21 I replied to
[email protected] asking for an updated to see what the status of the order way with no response. 9/26 I emailed again asking for an update also with no response. 9/27 I called and spoke to someone in customer service who said they were currently be worked on and would be shipped no later than Wednesday 10/5 but would most likely go out sooner. Thursday 10/6 still nothing so I call and speak to someone who said they would walk over to check and said they placed one order in the shipping bag and the other was being worked on but they would ship out that night and I would receive them Friday 10/7 since I paid for expedited next day shipping. Assuming I would get them 10/7 I didn't think anything of it until 10/7 I received an email stating the order had shipped when I checked the UPS shipping details Evo9x didn't ship the items until Friday night 10/7. They sent it out a shipping method that does not deliver on Saturdays so by the time I get the product it will be Monday 10/10 and we will only have one more football game left. Very deceiving to state 7-10 business days to ship when they won't ship for 24 business days.

Worst customer service! Called and wrote multiple emails, never responded to any of them. Paid for priority shipping and received first class, making the item late. Wouldn't ever order from again!

I had such a great experience working with Andrew H. I called to ask if there was a way to reprint a jersey that was first produced a few years ago. Andrew took my info and quickly emailed me with a picture of the jersey I was looking for. He was so helpful and nice the whole way. There was a problem with my invoice and Andrew immediately got it fixed. He made the process easy and stress free!!

Ordered custom jerseys for my son and I and we cannot be happier. These were a surprise for my son, which made it extra special. We used Osman (Ozzy Evo) for our order and he was very responsive and professional. Jerseys came in exactly as advertised and on time, actually a bit sooner than expected. Great service and we will be repeat customers!!

Bought my first item from them and was super dissatisfied with the customer service. Ordered a 36 and wear a 35 or 36 in every other brand. Pants came and were so tight they are hard to close. Sent them back unworn and tried to get a bigger size or see if a different 36 would fit differently. Was told by the CSR that he wears a 36 and tried them on and they fit perfectly. Asked them to send one size bigger instead and was told I’d have to buy them. Mind you I have like 15 pair of pants from Rover, Boombah, and Worth amongst others that same size that all fit loosely. Would not recommend this company to the softball community stick to the bigger brands as their customer service and products are way better….

I have ordered 2 different jerseys from ozzy Evo for the cornhole players in my league. The jerseys look and feel awesome. The customer service from Ozzy Evo was amazing, very responsive.
