Terrible experience. Car given with no gas to start and obviously not serviced when returned since the tire went completely dead while driving the car for less that 10 miles. Roadside couldn't help since the vehicle became disabled on the GSP. I was taken to another enterprise (Sayreville) where it was then an issue of who was going to pay for the tow. I needed the rental due to an accident and then having the tire blow going over a bridge was not ideal. I was then given another vehicle that was filthy. Stunk of bad cologne, outside was full of dirty and the vehicle had surface damage all over - but it was kind of implied that I should be happy because it was a Ford Expedition (oooohhhh, ahhhh)definitely not impressed. I received a call from manager who was suggesting that he would help me get back the $25 in gas I spent on the first vehicle, since I put the gas in and then shortly thereafter it was towed away. He mentioned to make sure to give them a good review when I receive a survey on my experience and to let corporate know that they need new vehicles - He never called me back and I'm assuming I have to take the loss of cash. Don't waste your time here.

I use Enterprise alot, and every time i go to Enterprise, Mr. Jaylen treats me with nothing but respect as a customer, not only does he goes out his way to make me comfortable in the vehicle that I like he treats me like I am family and that goes a long way I will always be a customer at Enterprise thanks Jaylen.

Went in for my monthly renewal. Even though it was from a different location, and running somewhat behind for work, Fran helped me out and it was all seamless. I wasn’t there more than 3 minutes and still made it in time for work. Great location and people!

I have to agree that this is now the best location in the area. This is due to the staff, and specifically Jaylin (manager). He saved my vacation, which the Green Brook Enterprise location nearly ruined.While he wasn't able to get me the minivan I had reserved in Green Brook or a large SUV (which was my second choice), he was able to give me a large crew-cab pickup truck, which was my worst case way of still making my vacation work.If it weren't for him I would have had very disappointed children and a lot of wasted money.

This is THE BEST Enterprise location in the area. HUGE shout out to Kim and Jaylin (the branch manager) for helping me out in just a few hours. We had our flights canceled the day before leaving for vacation and they were able to locate a vehicle for me in just a couple of hours. They definitely went above and beyond.Thank you for saving the day, and our vacation.

Go to Priceline to find the best deal for a rental in your area. Better service, better rates, better flexibility. Had a reservation confirmed for a particular vehicle & gave our reserved vehicle to another customer. We were blamed repeatedly over & over that they tried calling us a few hours of closing. If I already had a confirmation why would you give my reservation away & blame the customer repeatedly. Instead of apologizing when we arrived & immediately offer a solution instead…that is what a normal experienced MATURE customer service oriented person would have done. After repeatedly of blaming me & my husband - this left us extremely emotional & upset as I have never ever a situation where the customer was blamed of a business’s shortcomings. We Meanwhile all 3 employees were extremely unprofessional & said hope I do not find a car. SERIOUSLY? Then the manager Jalyn went on to say he should not even help us on how upset we got…well you don’t because in this day in age / customer service is king & took my $1000 reservation elsewhere & I ended getting the vehicle I want & was greeted with a big smile from AVIS! So many businesses are failing & the competition is tough - you don’t have to tell me Jaylyn that you are doing me a favor for servicing me / I choose to never ever use Enterprise as there are many other better options.
