I have entrusted Steve at Edison Pack and Ship to handle the packing and shipping of framed art work, for international delivery. The work was completed in a timely fashion and arrived in good order. These shipments involved special packaging due to both fragility and objects with a higher value, and Steve did not disappoint. I highly recommend this company for a broad range of shipping requirements.

Edison Pack and Ship is the best! Go there often for printing for our rescue. They are very kind and always print right of way. Their prices are excellent compared to other places in the area. Make a point of checking them out first for printing, shipping, scanning, making copies, etc. Multi-Service One Stop Shop.

Absolutely amazing service. I had an item sent to Australia and the packaging and communication was fantastic. I could tell the extra effort they went to with the packaging. From pick up in New Jersey to delivery in Australia the service was of the highest level. I 100% highly recommend them and give them a 10 out of 10.

Service is outstanding, always friendly and eager with a smile to help. I forgo our own account w/ shippers just to go over to them and be able to say hi.
I've been in there while they have special/fragile freight ready to pack or recently packed and you can see they take all the care in the world to make sure your stuff is save in transit.

Not all Fedex stores are the same. This independent store does so much more than shipping through Fedex and the owners greet their customers with real personal attention. And they take Fedex drop off too! Highly Recommend!

STAY AWAY! ITEMS GOT DAMAGED!
To start off I needed people to do the packaging for my business which ships lots of orders per week. I gave very specific instructions on how to pack, provided bubble wrap, and packaging materials. I picked the items up for the first time and not only is the job not finished but one of the owners starts off with rude comments which were completely unnecessary.
Then the next day, I decide to check the packaging on one specific order. Upon opening the package, I find out that they completely damaged them when packing them. The cards on the cars were completely bent and mangled which was completely UNACCEPTABLE. I would have not found this out and it would’ve been shipped to the customer damaged if I didn’t check this package. When I checked the next package, they didn’t even use bubble wrap which is what I asked for (and provided) and sent them bare with one inflatable. I have not opened up the other orders yet but they are likely damaged the same. AVOID this place at all costs! AWFUL!!

I have been a faithful customer to this charming store for many years now. It’s always a delight to walk in here and have efficient professional care with all my shipments, advice on the best packaging for big and small items and insured receipts with an accurate date of when things will arrive. Azriela has become a dear friend and knows me by name so it’s a pleasure to come in and catch up. They offer a wide variety of services and have yet to let me down. I’ll never waste time with the post office anymore as long as I can come to Edison pack and ship.

My experience with Edison Pack and Ship was one of the most pleasant exchanges I’ve ever had with a business. I came in with a crazy job request, shipping valuable and fragile art and memorabilia. Not only were they above professional and kind, they also went above and beyond to ensure my job was executed to perfection. They constructed custom boxes and even helped me identify the value of objects to insure their safety in transport. They are hardworking and care about their clients in a way that is rare into todays world! I would recommend them for any shipping or packing job, small or large!
